My book "Unraveling Grief: A Mother's Spiritual Journey of Healing and Discovery" with foreword by Marianne Williamson was released in October 2020. Based on the murder of my 29 year old son Justin in 2013, it is my journey through grief, what I learned and what I no offer anyone impacted by the heartbreak of pain and loss in life. It is a story of courage, forgiveness and gratitude that invites readers into discovering the gift grief has to offer and move forward with a more meaningful life. It applies to the grief of humanity unleashed during this time of pandemic and how unresolved grief an be triggered by life events. I offer a way to navigate, process, and thrive. Using my 25 years experience as a spiritual educator and now a certified grief coach.
