The Chicago Bears and Chicago White Sox are so similar it hurts, and we just saw a great example of that this past month. The firings of Pedro Grifol and Matt Eberflus were late, but the guys making those moves seem to bring something new to each of their organizations. The only question is if they can overcome bad ownership.
