Welcome to the Sovereign Man podcast and also the Awakening podcast, and we're on. This is the fifth time that my guest is back, Russell Paul Arter, and we've done a general discussion. We've done status correction parts one and two, and then we've done estate reclamation part one, and this will be part two.

But I'd let Russell to actually introduce himself and tell everything that you're doing. Okay, well, thank you very much, Roy. It's a privilege.

It's an honor to be back here. As always, I really enjoy our chats. And yes, so for the viewers that haven't heard me speak before, or they're newly introduced to me, my name is Russell Paul Arter.

I created a sovereign organization called Grace Private Society. So we are a private members organization, and we are an organization that has declared, not officially, not in the public yet, but we've declared independence from the nation state of the United Kingdom. So we've decided we're going our own way.

We're coming together as our own society. And we've also, together as a society, myself and the other members have created a private court called Grace Private Court, to help us deal with any judiciary matters concerning our lives when dealing with the public. I'm also the creator of Grace Sovereignty Academy.

So we have an academy that's part of our organization that teaches people how to execute lawful procedures to transition from citizenship to sovereignty, and how to restructure their life and estate in the public to protect their property, assets and interests from a system that we've discussed about at great length, which is a system ultimately of control and extortion. And so that's the organization that I represent, and that I've created, and that I've brought into existence. And we are a new organization.

So we're just setting things out, we're getting all our foundational plans in place. And the whole purpose of our organization is to help people transition from citizenship to sovereignty. That's people that are absolutely fed up with the status quo, they've had enough of the system and are looking for an alternative.

They're looking for a way out and a better way forward just for themselves, those they love and for those they serve. And we're providing the organization for that. We're providing the platform, we're providing the knowledge, the skill sets, the procedures, all the tools.

And we're even creating our own private economy. So we're doing our own private economy, we're going to be creating our own medium of value exchange that will happen within our own society, so that we can truly build something that's completely independent from the system. And that's where I'll end this introduction and hand it back to you.

No, no, excellent. And I mean, I think people don't realize about the court one, how important that is, till you've probably been in court, and you realize how corrupt that is. Or you look at all the different countries, and when the political party changes, the top judges change.

And you're going, hmm, that just proves that the system's a bit corrupt. When that's happening, instead of being independent. And when you see so much, I suppose, fraud, corruption going on in the world at high level, political levels, and they're just laughing at people's faces.

You know, the whole system is broken. It's not, it's working exactly the way that they organize it. So we can't attack it, you'll never beat them attacking it.

So the solution is creating something outside. And I love it as well about the financial system, because it's the only way I think it can be done. Because a lot of people think, oh, let's do a certain blockchain, let's do a certain crypto, they have to print and press.

And if you call it, you know, grace society coin, they just go and they'll own the majority of it. You'd be like, how do they can get control of this one? So it has to be away from fear. Absolutely, yeah.

And it's coming to the realization that pretty much everything of the current system is corrupt. It is built on fiction, fraud, deception, and it's beyond retrieve. It's broken, it's fouling, and it's a complete dishonor to humanity.

And it is ultimately a slave system. It's a modern day slave system. And if you think you own property, and you think you're on your own business, and you think you're going to make it in this system, well, you know, good luck, because the truth, the facts, the reality are very different to what you think.

And, of course, we're going to expose that today in this presentation. And the realization that I came to many, many years ago, after really looking into all the different aspects of societies, that there is no redemption to be found in the current status quo, you can't go into it, you cannot fix it, it does not want to be fixed. And it does not allow you to get the solutions that you need.

So the only way is out, is to leave the system is to start again fresh. And that comes back to us realizing and then actualizing our true sovereignty as human beings that have true freedoms and rights to self-determine, self-direct, and self-govern our own lives. And I mean, sometimes people, when they realize additional information, maybe people with the mortgages, you know, when their property's taken off in their car, and they realize the fraud that was done, I suppose it's like having gang members against each other.

And, you know, you get taken by one, and then you're going to the other gang member and you want him to give you a solution that is going to be okay, because who's he going to side with? And that's, you don't, like I've seen hundreds of cases, I've talked to loads of people, you don't win when you don't get your money back out. So you can't, you know, you're living in hope, thinking that you're going to go in there and beat them by their system or using, you know, the law and understanding the terminology. It's, yeah, you get a judge who's told what to do that just makes a decision and good luck fighting that.

And then you're trying to go to the next, and you've only got so many terms at this, which they have orchestrated. So they know that you can't just keep at them. Yes, that's right.

In the current court system that you're referring to there, it's a tiered system. It's a public system, obviously, you've got your lower courts and your higher courts. And it's all governed by civil procedure rules, right? So it's all codified, it's all predetermined with rules, regulations, and fees and penalties.

And they want to keep you in the lower courts, because they just want to apply a code to you, a fine to you and get rid of you. And your, your chances of getting any true justice in the lower level courts is very hard. And your chances of getting through the lower level courts and up the higher courts is subject to the ultimate authority of the judges.

And of course, they don't want you to go to a court of equity at the top, which is where the true justice is. And of course, ultimately, everyone that's functioning, functioning as a citizen system, all their property, all their vehicles, all their businesses, all their money, it's all locked into public trusts, which are undisclosed trusts. It's all part of the Crown Commonwealth.

And where the government has the ultimate jurisdictional authority over everything that you think you own, and control. And if they ever get you in court, if you've done something they don't like, they can seize, freeze, take absolutely everything and take you to the cleaners. So, you know, these are very dangerous times at the moment, because we've got a system that works on two fundamental principles.

And that's controlling extortion, that's all it knows. And as the system gets worse, it's going to be more and more control, more and more extortion, as we're seeing, with the over regulation, all the more and more red tape, all the more tax codes that be implied, it's just going to get worse and worse and worse, and people are going to find it more and more difficult. And then we're going to get into that real civil unrest.

And I think we're seeing it right now. Would that be a fair assessment? Absolutely. I mean, you saw the farmers there in the UK not so recently, because, you know, when they usually when they're passing it on to their children, you know, that's just the way it is.

The farms, that's how they've existed for hundreds of years. And now they're, you know, bringing in the capital gains, they're saying it's only affecting a few people, and that's not the case. And what I saw in Holland, they're trying to bring in that this capital gains without even selling something, which means if you bought a property for 100,000, those were 200,000, they're going, all right, whether it's 20% to 40%, they're going, all right, I want the 40 grand, majority of people won't have the 40 grand, and they'll have to sell something that they didn't want to sell just to pay the tax.

And if they get away with that, that's going to just roll out in Europe. Yeah, it's, again, it's, it's systemic. It's progressive.

And it's getting worse over time. And we really do need these alternatives, we do really need people to start coming together, independent from the Crown, the states, the governments, and start forming their own communities, and start gaining independence from the system by setting up their own means of exchanging value, their own distribution of food and energy if they can. Because at the moment, this current system, it's really beginning to clamp down now, isn't it? Yeah.

So it's wanting to bring you into that digital age with the digital ID, get you into the system, and where you can't access anything unless you have the ID. It wants to get you into those 15 minute cities, it just really wants to lock you down and lock you down and put you under surveillance. And to a point, you know, it's going to be for anyone that's lived long enough, an absolute dystopia compared to what it was back in the, you know, 60s and 70s.

Right. But of course, the younger generation, who are none the wiser, they're going to think that's normal. They're too busy getting a Bolt delivering a Starbucks and a McDonald's to them like, you know, it's frightening.

So those of us who are awake, those of us who are having this discussion and listening in, we are the ones that are in a position of responsibility to share the right information to people and wake people up to what's really going on, so that humanity does not go over the cliff. Because that's where it's heading, isn't it? To the point of no return. So, you know, more of us that come together and do what we're going to talk about today, the better.

And the thing is, you always hear people say knowledge is power, and it's not. It's the use of knowledge is power. And make sure heed what's been said today and the previous episodes, because I've been through this, the deep end.

Russell knows what he's talking about. And this is very valuable information. So I get the screen there now, so we can start on today's presentation.

Right, let me know when... Yeah, it's up. Good. Okay, so this, I know that we've met, I think it's five times now, and we've had multiple discussions.

And this is actually a part two of a presentation, which is called the estate reclamation. And so in this second part of this presentation, we're going to talk about how you can take private control of your estate. Because right now, your listeners might not be aware of this, but right now, they operate as a registered citizen, as a member of the general public, currently in the public system, and they have what we refer to as a public estate.

And that means everything they own, do absolutely everything, all their activities, all their value, all their property assets and interests. It's all vested and secured with public agencies, and we call it a public estate. So let's get into this presentation.

I'm going to kick off with this disclaimer and advisory, which I think is very important for your audience to know. This presentation is a visual aid to conceptualise citizenship and sovereignty. It is not to be treated as an exality.

The information shared is a personal perspective that is based upon research and experience of facts of reality and may include the error of interpretation and conveyance. The information does not constitute or convey legal or financial bias. Please do your own research to confirm the subject matter before drawing any conclusions.

And please do not act upon this information without first consulting a practitioner of sovereign law. And I'm going to add one more piece to this, which is that I represent a private organisation. And that means we're not part of the public venue and jurisdiction.

And therefore, everything I'm presenting to you is something that we do in the private. And it is only available for people to know if they want to look into it further by invitation and by them getting involved with our organisation in some type of capacity. Do you want to add anything to that disclaimer and advisory there, Roy? Well, I mean, I know we've kind of discussed it before, but I think it's good, especially if somebody is new, but maybe to kind of re-emphasise it is there's a lot of times, there's lots of different people going out there, going common law, citizenship, sovereign law, and a lot of them having a clue.

A lot of them are kind of guiding you to do a certain thing, taking a lot of money. And then when people get in trouble, they're just turning the opposite way. They're looking for the next victim and just be very careful.

And what I've seen as well, because I've been in different groups, I've done courses, people think they can take shortcuts. So if there's 20 steps, they think they'll go from step one, two to 19, 20 and expect the same results. And then they'll blame you for it.

So there's that kind of element to it as well. What I would say is this is the most, I suppose, the best thing I've ever got into because it happened due to loss and being just everything taken off me. But because of that, the knowledge that I've got allows me to know I'm a sovereign person.

I don't need any permission from anybody. And I have used it to get courts to back off, to get detectives to back off, to get bailiffs to back off. And everyone at some stage, like 80%, I'd say, go through some sort of turmoil and you don't know how bad it is till it happens.

So this is the best knowledge that you can do. And I would say, don't just glimpse in it, get a copy book, make notes, study it, go over it again and study it until it's in your blood and you can actually breathe it. And that way, then if you're stopped by somebody and they're trying to push their power, which they don't have the right to, then you'll actually stand in your sovereignty and they'll back down.

Yeah, that is such a fantastic thing that you've just stated there. And I just want to add a little bit to what you've said there, because that was absolutely brilliant and so bang on the target there. I would say that because we live in a world that works on assumption and presumption, that they do have the right to tell you what to do, they do have the right to determine the matters of your life, when in reality, they don't, because they do need your consent, they do need your will, they do need your agreement, your contract, and all the rest for them to be able to exercise any type of authority and right over your life.

And unfortunately, as Roy just mentioned there, when you've been through the system, and you've been burnt many times, and you've then become very acutely aware of what's going on, with the fiction, the fraud, and all the rest of it, that's when you realise that you can actually stand in your own true sovereignty, and you can start to defend the matters of your life from any intruding authorities. And that's what we're going to get into in these slides. Let's move it on.

So let's talk about this first slide here. So this is a reminder of what we were talking about in the first part of this presentation. And that is about the deception and fraud, about the fiction and fraud of citizenship.

And so what actually happens is, each one of us, when we are born, of course, our parents go and register our life to the system, the act of birth registration happens is the general register, which is an agency of the crown, the government, they issue a birth certificate. And they act as grantors, they act as settlers of issuing a birth certificate, and they place it into a trust arrangement. And what they actually do is they split you into two.

Okay, so there's you as in the living being, a living man or woman. And then they create what is known as the legal person or the onslages or the citizen, which is a character of law. It's a fiction in law, it only exists as words on paper.

And then what they do is you assume the role of being the citizen, which is the legal person, and you are handed the birth certificate bond, and you become the legal title holder of the citizen, which is a franchise of the crown and state. And that means from that point onwards, all throughout your life, everything that you do within the system, you're doing as a franchise of the crown and state, right? So if you start a business, you're doing it as a franchise of the crown state, if you buy a property, you're doing it as a franchise, you buy a vehicle, whatever you do in the system, whenever you register for something, incorporate or license for something, you are becoming a franchise and you are becoming a trustee and legal title holder. But the really interesting bit is that on the other side of this trust arrangement, which is undisclosed and hidden from us, is the fact that it is you are the living beneficiary of everything that you create in the system in the capacity of being a living man or woman, that's your true estate, and your true right to everything you do in the system.

It's just that we've been hoodwinked and we've been deceived through non-disclosure into playing the role of this trustee. And it's all been done by implied trusts. These are trusts, public trusts that have been formed and they are undisclosed trusts.

And you know that you're in a trust arrangement when another authority has granted something to you, whether it's a corporation certificate, a certificated bond for your birth registration, whether it's a license for a vehicle, they're acting as the grantor or settler. And if you're holding the legal title and the legal responsibility and the legal right, which all citizens do in the system, then you have been designated as the trustee in that arrangement, holding all the liability. So that is an oval picture of the fiction and fraud, the deception of citizenship, how everybody has been placed into public trust arrangements.

Everybody is playing the role of this fictitious citizen, which is nothing more than a legal person and words on paper. So I would be interested to get your feedback on that before we move on, Rob. So with the citizenship, I mean, I see a lot of people, especially for America, you know, and they're all celebrating, thinking it's brilliant.

And, you know, some other people, they go to Spain and different things like that. When there's a war, you actually can be called up to fight for that country. And that's all orchestrated as well.

And people forget that. And if we look at the birth cert, the parents, I think they signed the birth cert as far as I'm not sure what way it's done, but basically it's done with the fraud thinking that it's something different. So you as a baby, they have no way of actually pushing this on you as an infant.

So that's why it's completely fraudulent. It is completely, yeah, 100%. Because it's undisclosed because what you've got to take into consideration is this.

When you become a citizen, you are immediately placed into the public venue and jurisdiction and your life is legally then bound to the hundreds of thousands of legislated statutes, acts, regulations, codes, policies, you name it, that's attached to your life in a state and attach everything you do in a public system. And none of this is disclosed at the very beginning. So it is done under deception, under fraudulent measures.

And that we'll get into it in this presentation is why you can get remedy from this. And also with the actual formation of this birth certificate is the fact that it's it's it's enforced because they've created a legislative law that says if you are born into the United Kingdom, and I do that using the marks there, because the United Kingdom we know is not actually the country, it's actually a corporate enterprise, right? It's a corporation. And they're and they're brought in a legislative law to say, well, if you're born into the United Kingdom, which means born into their corporate enterprise, then you must by law register at birth, you must go to the German registrar and must be placed yourself for registration.

And that is a violation of someone's natural freedoms and rights to be able to self determine the matters of their own life, right? Because that very legislation, that very act that says you must register and it's law, that's a violation of your freedoms and rights that that's almost an act of slavery, right? They're saying you must do it. You have no other choice. So that again, is grounds for coming back to them to get remedy and say, listen, it was all undisclosed.

The terms were done as an implied contract and implied trust. You never disclosed any information is also and known as an adhesion contract, which means all the terms are unfair, they're all slanted against you. And it means that the the grantors of this contract to the grants of the trust, they can change the terms anytime they want, which they're doing all the time, right? When they vote new legislation, they're changing the terms of the contract, the social contract between the state and you the citizen.

So it's, it's modern day enslavement, right? It's indentureship to the system, it's legal bondage, and where your life is placed in servitude to the system. That's my take on this whole birth registration thing. Again, I'll hand it back over to you.

I mean, if we take it a step later, when you kind of get a bit older, when you decide to get married, you can just make a bond with the person that you're deciding to marry and just declare it. But we have to go in and get permits and stuff like that to get married. And then if you decide, hey, this isn't working out, you can't just say, all right, we're finished.

You have to ask them for permission and they can deny it, or they can make you jump through hoops. And then unfortunately, people go into a court, a corrupt court, and they're just washing their laundry in public with lawyers working on both sides, just making people, it's like a pony show. And the reality is it never needed to, you never needed permission from them in the first place.

No, this is this is so much true. And this is coming to the realisation that you are sovereign, that you are free, that you don't have to participate in this system. But unfortunately, we've all been born into a system that feeds off ignorance, that sacrifices innocent, right? So, you know, we've got these public school systems, they don't teach you anything about law.

They don't teach you anything about how the people that govern your life really truly operate. Everyone's kept in ignorance, and just taught how to go out and be a good servant to the system, right? How to make it in the system. So let's move on to the next slide.

That's okay, Roy, let's get into this. So the moment you've gone through that act of birth registration, and your parents have placed your life into a contract with the Crown Estate, from that point onwards, as you emerge into life and go through life, of course, the only way that you can further your life and get all the access, all the public services is if you further bond yourself to the system, right? So you're getting the national insurance number. That's one of the next steps, isn't it? You've been opening yourself up a bank account.

And then you're obviously getting yourself a vehicle, getting tied in the DBLA. And then you might want to start yourself up a business. Therefore, you're getting registered with Companies House.

And these are all public agencies, right? These are all state approved subdivisions of the Crown. These are all public agencies. And anytime that you've ever gone and registered something with one of these agencies, what you've done is you've placed the value and the activity of what you've registered into a public trust arrangement with that agency.

And you've been positioned as the trustee in that arrangement, holding the legal title, which means you hold the legal responsibility and liability for the value and the activity that's being managed through that public agency. And when a public agency has absolute authority and rights over the value and over the activity, of course, whether it's HM Revenue and Customs, or you've got your house registered with HM Land Registry, it's ultimately agencies that are doing the bidding of the Crown Estate, which is to control your activities or control your property, and of course, tax it to make money from it, right? Because it's a modern day slave system where the top feeds off the majority at the bottom. And so in this position, as a citizen, as a legal person playing along with the fiction in that system, as a trustee and a citizen, you only have the rights to hold, use, profit and transfer property.

Okay, you've got these management rights, but you don't actually own any property. You are a legal title holder. Yeah.

So let's look at property. For example, you are a property title holder and you're either a lease holder or a free holder. You're a holder of the title, but you don't own the actual property.

All you're actually doing is holding the title, which has been granted by the Crown Estate that's given you permission to manage public property that's been placed into a public trust arrangement. The same with your vehicle. The moment you go and register the vehicle with DVLA, you're placing it into their venue jurisdiction, placing your vehicle into a public trust arrangement.

You no longer own your vehicle. You've been designated as a driver, as a registered keeper of the vehicle, but you don't actually own it. Everything is in public trust.

It's public property and it's all part of the Crown Commonwealth. And so if you, any one of your audiences cares to look into trust law, which is one of the highest laws of the land, that rule overrules everything that we're doing within the system, you will find that the legal title holder of anything in this system is a trustee and a trustee can never own the property that's held in a trust. The position that you and your audience want to be in is of course the beneficiary, because the beneficiary is the one that holds the equitable title.

And that means holds the title, the entitlement to the value of the trust. And we're going to get into that into the next slide. But again, I would like to get your take on this particular slide when it comes to these public trust arrangements.

Well, I mean, I've heard of this, I understand this. And I know of some people with the company, they've kind of decided not to do the company thing. But when you set up a company, if you're dealing with, it's different when you're dealing with kind of one-on-one, maybe, you know, people are just need your service and you can do it.

You can kind of get around that. But if you're dealing with big organisations that are your client, they want to be advised by the company. They want to be a limited liability company and they kind of insist that the whole system is in the system.

How do you break that one? Yes, that comes back to the realisation again, doesn't it? That you, if you are in the system and trying to make a life in the system, then you are at every corner, twist and turn, you're going to be faced with a situation where you've either got to consent or submit and bond yourself back to the system, because that's all the system knows, right? So we came to the realisation, I came to the realisation, all the people that are members of the society that we form, that the only real, true relief and remedy is outside of the system and it is for us to build our own private economy between ourselves, so that we no longer need to go in the system, we no longer need to do business in the system, is to create an entirely new private economy, where we can exchange value between each other with private contracts and do it according to the private laws that we determine, rather than having to be bound by these limited companies, these LLCs and all the rest of it, which all the system knows. With that said, Roy, with what we're doing with our society, you can create a multi-jurisdictional private estate, right? So that means if you wanted to, if you've had enough of the public system and you've had enough of all the controls and extortions and you want to go into the private, you believe the public system, then you can set up a private estate, you can transfer the equity and rights of all your property assets and interests into this new private estate, which is completely in the private. But at the same time, you can also create private trusts, which are holding trusts, to contain any organisation that you set up in the public.

So if you wanted to operate a limited company in the public, you could do so. You just put it into a private holding trust, so that it's ultimately managed and under the control of private sovereign men and women that have jurisdictional control over the interests of that business. And the ultimate dilemma that we all face, of course, is as soon as you walk out your front door, the entire world outside of your doorstep is the public system, right? It's everywhere, it's everything, it's everyone.

And the problem that we're facing at the moment is that we're waking up inside this system, realising how corrupt and how bad it is, realising we need to get out of this and stop preserving and protecting our lives and what we've earned and all the rest of it. So we have this dilemma, this situation where we, okay, we want to make a change over there, we want to do something completely new outside the system, but at the same time, we still need to be able to work within the system. We still need to be able to benefit from the system, we still need to be able to access these public services.

And it's how we can do that, protecting and preserving our value from any unjust laws, from any corruptions that we are experiencing in the system. I would like to get your perspective on everything I've just stated right there, right please. Well, I mean, if you're the beneficiary of a system, you as the living soul could invite your limited liability company, which is totally legal to do.

And that you have, you can have that, maybe you make a dollar at the end of the year that you've taken out the money, because people are doing that all the time anyway, just people have companies in the seashells and different things. And that's what they do. Even with like Microsoft and all these big companies, they create value and sell it to some country, but they have it in the offshore countries where there's zero tax and people are going, how is Apple making trillions and paying nothing and how are these doing it? They've created a system that you can do, there's loopholes in it.

And so when you do it right, you're able to invite from something that's established, that's not taxable and take it out. And it's a genuine invite because you're the living soul that's actually performing the work. Yes.

And that's very valid points that you've just mentioned there. There are 100% ways to structure your public interest where you can lawfully avoid tax. Yeah.

And where you don't expose yourself to HMRC and where you definitely do not evade tax. Because ultimately, if you're operating in a public system, you've got to do it where you keep the peace, where you honour any public contracts and where you pay tax when tax is due. But you know, if you're going to be really smart and you want to protect the value of your life and estate, then of course, you want to be setting up your estate in the public so that you are lawfully avoiding tax and where ultimately, you want to get your tax bill down to about 20% in the public.

And I'll share with you and your audience something that we do as a private estate with our members in our academy, is we help them to set up private estate and the private estate that we help them to set up is set up as a charitable and missionary organisation. Alright, so it's not registered in the corporate world. It doesn't do commerce, it doesn't earn profit, it is a pure charitable and missionary organisation.

And that means that the private estate as a charitable missionary organisation can build wealth without tax liabilities, it can actually make capital gains without tax liability. So if any one of your audiences wants to learn about how in the public system a charity gets exemption from tax, just go onto HMRC's website, type in tax exemption for registered charities and it will come up. You can transfer property without tax, you can get capital gains without tax, you can pretty much do everything with a charitable organisation where you are not taxed.

And the interesting part is if you have an LLC in the public because you're doing business, because you do want to make profit and you need to make profit because obviously you have yourself and your family to feed and all the rest of it, then I'm not too sure if these figures have changed, but I believe you can actually at gross profit donate up to 60% of the earnings of the LLC into a charity. Yeah, so if you had a private estate set up in the private, which is a charitable missionary organisation, then you could donate from your business up to 60% tax free over to that charity, yeah, of your gross profit. So there are many, many different ways for you to reduce the tax bill and for you to preserve and protect everything that you're earning in the system.

And of course, I would advise that your viewers look into all the different ways they could do that. Shall we move on to the next slide, Roy? Yeah. Yeah, let's do that.

So let's look at the remedy and solution because at the moment, as I mentioned earlier, everybody is operating in the system, as a registered citizen, and they're operating with a public estate. And that means that everything that they think they own and earn and do, whether it's, you know, a real estate property, whether it's a business, the vehicle, all the rest of it, everything they're doing in a public is contained in public trusts with public agencies, and where they have ultimate authority and control over it. Now, once you've realised your sovereignty, once you've come to the knowing that you are not a legal person, that you are not the citizen franchise, once you step into truth and fact of who you are, which is a living man or woman, you can actually come forward in law and equity to execute a claim, execute a claim to claim all the equitable interests that you, as the living man or woman have vested in the public estate, right? Because everything that you've ever created in your life, you've created in the name of the citizen, and you've unknowingly created it as a franchise of the Crown Estate.

But now you've understood that that's all done in fiction and fraud, you can now step forward in a course of the law of equity. And this is such an important law when we get into this, you can now step forward as the living beneficiary of the estate and execute a paramount claim to claim everything that you've ever done in the name of the citizen. And you can claim all those equitable interests and secure them into a new private estate trust that you control in the private in according to your own private law.

And this estate reclamation law is done in accordance with the law of maxims of equity. And you can see on the slide there, there are four maxims that I'd like to go for review in your audience right now, which is so crucial. And again, this is one of the highest laws, by the way, the law of equity, I encourage everyone to look into this.

This law is the law of laws. This law provides justice, where laws in the system are unfair and don't provide justice. And one of the maxims says here, I'll read it now, equity will not suffer a wrong to be without a remedy.

So that's a maxim, that's a principle truth of the law of equity. So when we look at citizenship, when we look at the fiction and the fraud of them converting us into this legal person without telling us, of them placing our life into a public trust without telling us, of them binding us to their system of all their undisclosed legislated laws, policies, and all the rest of it, we've been wrong. And so we can now come forward in equity to get a remedy in accordance with that maxim.

I'm going to read out the second one, and I want to hand it back over to you. The second maxim that says equity will not allow a statute to be used as a cloak for fraud. That's a powerful maxim right there in equity, isn't it? Because when we think about it, every legislated law, which is a statute law, has been created to govern the life of a citizen, which we know is a legal person.

And that legal person is fiction, it's fraud, right? Because we're actually a living man, a woman, we're not a legal person, but we've been duped into playing the role of a legal person in their system. And that means that every statute law that's ever been created in that system is being used as a cloak for fraud. It's being used to convert us into a legal person.

It's being used to control us under the fiction and fraud, under the assumption that we're acting as a legal person. And so that maxim, that principle truth, the law of equity, now allows us to come back and get remedy and relief from the system as a living man or woman. Before I go on to the next two maxims there, I want to hand it back over to you, Roy, because I would like to get your feedback on what I've just stated there.

So I'm curious, with the law of equity, where did this originate from? Because I've looked at Boulevard's Black Laws Dictionary, I have volume one, and I know it does so many different things. How is this that they haven't removed that? Where did it come from? So let's talk about that. Let's talk about where the law of equity came from.

So the law is actually all the way back to the common law. Okay, so the common law, which was instituted by King Henry back in the early centuries. And what happened is, with common law, the rulings of common law were very, very strict.

And people were finding, ordinary citizens were finding that they couldn't get true fairness and justice with common law rulings. And so what they would do is they would complain. And then they eventually, King Henry instituted a court of equity with the Lord Chancellor, and it became the Chancery Court of Equity, which is now part of the public system today.

And he was introduced as a remedy to common law, where a citizen who felt that he was not getting his true freedoms and rights respected and upheld with a common law ruling, could then petition the court, and then put it over to the Chancery, who would then look at the equity of the situation, and would look at what was fair and right, in accordance to the individual matter of that citizen. And so equity was introduced thousands of years ago as a law to correct common law that was too harsh, too strict, and too unjust with its rulings. So it does originate from England.

And is this international then? Because that's one thing I always hear, because sometimes people say, oh, is this only for the UK and the Commonwealth and all this? Does this apply to the... I don't know, is it 193 countries or is there more? But does this apply to everyone? It does. Again, it applies to all Commonwealth countries. It does apply to other countries.

It definitely applies in the US, in the United States. They're using the law of equity out there to get remedies from the system. So you will find that most courts around the world do have equity built into the system, but it's not exclusive equity.

So there's a difference. At the moment, court systems have all been structured with civil procedure rules, where everything, as we discussed earlier, has been codified. It's been predetermined, preset with rulings and penalties.

And so the equity is very limited. Whereas a true court of equity would sit in exclusive equity. And it would take, you could actually take a multiplicity of claims in different laws.

Let's say you're dealing with a court situation where you have a claim that's dealing with property law, contract law, tort law. You could have them brought into one court to avoid a multiplicity of claims and suits, and where it would be dealt with with exclusive equity. And there is a maxim in equity, which is equity follows the law.

So in a court of equity, equity would look at the law in that particular matter, it would look at the ruling of the law, and then it would adjudicate that ruling in according to what is fair and right for the person. So, for example, in the current system, the penalties and rulings are quite harsh when it comes to forfeiture, right, when it comes to penalties. So we were speaking about this, weren't we Roy, earlier about the harshness of the system, because I'm currently in the Philippines at the moment.

And I was explaining to you before this podcast, that when you walk into the shops, the shops that are selling goods and services to the general public, they are corporations, and they have this sign on their doors or inside their shop that says, if they do not issue an invoice or receipt, they could be up to two to four years in prison. And me and you were talking about it, weren't we, we were talking about the insanity of that, of being such a disproportionate penalty, for not handing over a bloody piece of paper that says you've done a transaction. So in a court of equity, a court of equity would come along and say, hang on, there is a maximum of equity, it says equity, a cause of forfeiture.

And that would be a strict and harsh forfeiture, right, to lose two to four years of your life for not issuing a bloody invoice. And so equity would come along and say, well, that's not fair. That's not just, that's not right.

This man or this woman cannot lose two to four years of their life in prison for not issuing a bloody invoice and receipt. So equity as an exclusive equity, according to the principles and maxims of equity, we're not getting that in the current system at the moment. So it's available in the court system of the UK, even though it's available in Commonwealth countries, and it's going on in the US, and no doubt it's going on in other countries, you have to go through the court system to get to the court of Chancery, which is the highest of the highest courts in the system.

And rarely do people get to that high court because the judges prevent people going up through the system to get true equity. So that's one of the reasons why we came together and gone, right, we're going to create our own private society, we're going to create our own private court that does true equity, that provides true equity for all lawful matters. So the short answer to the question is, yes, equity is available in the system in various different countries, but it's limited equity.

It's still being only as an afterthought that's secondary to the civil procedures and civil laws and civil penalties that are already put in place and codified, hence why we have a corrupt system. And with this court then, if people become part of the organisation, it's kind of, you're governed by the rules, and you kind of accept it and think, okay, this is a fair way of doing it. But if you're wronged by somebody that's in the public, say a police officer, say somebody working for the city, which they always do, will it be possible to get them into your court, as opposed to the other way around, where they're always getting the upper hand? Okay, that's a great question.

What we're doing is entirely different to how the current system is set up, because the current system is set up where you have judges that basically decide what the law is over your particular life and your matter. Okay, what the judge says goes, that's it. So the judge is a paramount authority over your life, and that's a slave system, right? Because if you aren't able to make a decision over your own life and estate, and someone else is making the decision over your property, your assets and interests, you're a slave to the system.

You are under the authority of someone else. In our court, our court is justice by consent. Okay, so our court is for men and women who have reached a level of consciousness, who have reached a level of internal sovereignty, where they truly act with honour and equity and fairness and righteousness towards their fellow man and woman.

And so when someone comes into our court as a private member, they come in as a sovereign to conduct the matters of their own fault, and to adjudicate their own case and their own claim. And our judges are just there to offer guidance and support. Now, when it comes back to your question, when it comes back to dealing with a public matter, because of course, we're a private society, and we're operating around private venue and jurisdiction around private call, of course, any of our members that have any public interests, if they've experienced some type of action in the public, which is unjust and unfair, then we would look to gain venue and jurisdiction to deal with the matter.

However, our system is not a system that complies with enforcement or enforced law, because enforced law is a complete desecration of natural human freedoms and rights. Right? And we only need to take it back to the very basics. If me and you are in the jungle, and I've done something you don't like, and you walk up to me, I don't like that.

So now I'm going to put you in that steel box for two years and make you pay me 10,000 pounds. My response to you is going to be, who the hell do you think you are? This is my life. I do what I like, right? That's the very basics of natural law.

So how dare our court turn around to a member of our society and say, you must do what we say? That's a complete desecration of natural freedoms and rights. Every human being should be able to decide what they want to do with their life in a state. And they shouldn't be subject to another authority, unless they've granted that authority, permission and consent over the state, which means coming back to your question, again, we could only ever invite a respondent or a claimant or defendant in the public to deal with the matter in accordance with equity, but we cannot force them to come into our court.

Yeah. So we're appealing to the good nature of people, we're appealing to people to act in honour, to act to do what is fair and what is right. So that's where we're different.

And that's where we sit when it comes to dealing with public claims and public cases. So let me just, before I hand it back to you Roy, I'll just extend on that a little bit more. So for example, if you're a member of our society, you're dealing with a public interest, and you've been asked to go into a public court, then our guidance to you would be, first and foremost, you don't want to step into a public court, because the moment you step into a public court, you're stepping into their jurisdiction.

And that means that they have the authority to determine the law of your life. That's it. And even if you walk into a public court and claim you're under special appearance, because you want to challenge their jurisdiction, ultimately, the judges are the one that will decide whether or not they have jurisdiction over your life.

So we always advise our members never step into a public court rather than step into a public court. From our private court, we're going to engage with the public court and say, right, we're claiming venue and jurisdiction because this living man or woman belongs to our private society, doesn't belong to your society, because you only deal with legal persons, you only deal with fictions, you only deal with registered citizens. And that's when we get into a case of issuing orders and writs between courts, and then defending and protecting our sovereignty as an independent society and an independent court.

I hope all of that makes sense. No, no. And if we get it within, say, both members are in the society, and they agree, for example, one is renting a house, and then your man just decides not to pay him, and it goes to court, and it's ruled that it wasn't true, you know, like lost his job and stuff like that, that he just decided, yeah, it could be bothered paying.

How are you implementing it then when it's proven that, say, he was to pay him, say, you know, three months rent, say, let's keep it simple, three thousand, a thousand a month. What systems are in place then? Because what I'm asking is, I'm kind of thinking of the existing system as well, going against GDPR with bailiffs, making a ruling, because, yeah, in reality, we would wish everybody would be honourable, but that's not the way the world is. How do you implement when a claim is made? That is such a fabulous question, you know, because you're really getting into the heart of it now, aren't you? And the heart of it is coming back to private contracts between two people that have agreed to do something, they've agreed to go on a journey, they've agreed to go on an activity, they've agreed to share some type of value, and now we're getting back to what's fair and what's right.

And, of course, life isn't a straight line, right? Things happen, people lose their jobs, people can't make a payment, or whatever, and then you get into a point where there's a dispute, there's a breach of contract, and now you're standing in a court. How do we resolve that? How do we resolve that in a situation where the person that's at fault has come to the court, because they do want to deal with it, but unfortunately, they haven't got the money to pay the person his three months' rent that's due for his property? So how do we deal with that scenario? And then we have the other scenario where the person's been completely dishonourable, even though they're at fault, and they've decided they're not going to go in a court, they've done the fingers, they up you, I'm not paying it, because I've got this situation. So when we get into that situation, because we're establishing our court, and this is all yet to be proven out in future, right? So this is how we're starting off the foundations of it.

Because we're acting as a court that abhors law enforcement, because that's a complete desecration against someone's freedoms and rights to determine and choose the matters of their own life. We cannot force someone to pay something when they haven't got the money. And that would be an unfair forfeiture, because if someone actually genuinely hasn't got the money, because they genuinely lost their job, then we'd have to have some leniency and some compassion there and go, right, let's look at that individual situation.

When are you likely to get back into work? Can you repay back this member in the next six months or in the next 12 months? And would you be prepared to enter into a private contractor state that you will recompensate the member over a certain period of time with a certain amount of money. So we get into an arbitration period, don't we, throughout the court to try and find some sort of amicable arrangement and some settlement. If it's not immediate, then down the line.

If we get to a point where someone's gone, fingers up, I'm not going to pay them, I'm going to be dishonourable, I'm at fault, screw you, and they're not coming to the court. But we are still honouring human freedoms and rights. Then, again, this has to be played out in the future, because as a private society, we're going to create our own private exchange, our own private, and we call them private benefits, not banks.

And we're going to create our own medium of exchange, our own Commonwealth. And we're going to build our own Commonwealth to a point where it has a surplus, should one of our members, for lack of a better word, get screwed over by another member who doesn't act in honour and doesn't compensate them for any damages and losses, then we can extract those damages and losses out of the Commonwealth that we've built, out of the surplus, to then reimburse the member. Yeah, so they get back the value that they lost in that private contract arrangement with the other member who didn't honour their side of the contracts.

And, the member that didn't honour their side of the contract is basically expelled and excluded from our society. And that's it. There's no enforcement involved.

There's no penalties involved. If the member does not do right by the other member, then the society itself will step in and use the Commonwealth of the society, the surplus of the Commonwealth, to compensate the member who's at loss. Does that make sense? Yeah, it does.

And like you mentioned, you know, money set aside that pays for this, I get this, but are you planning on having a charge for the court, for the running of the court? Because say in Poland, I'm not sure what it's like in every country, but here you have to pay 5% of the amount that you're making the claim for. So if you're making like any amount, and with arbitration is kind of similar, if you do an arbitration, they're kind of taking 5% of the amount and usually then the loser pays for that. So if I'm making the claim against you, I pay the money, but I win, I get back my money.

Plus I get the 5% and you have to pay the 5% to the court. What's your plan for actually the costs of running this? Yeah. So that's going to have a great question.

And that's something that has to be played out and organised. In an ideal world, we are not extracting money from the citizens. We're not taxing the citizens, not citizens, but members.

We're not taxing the members, we're not levying the members, we're not charging the members for the administration of the society. So that's the administration that deals with all the systems and services of our society. And then that's the administration of the court, which would be a separate administration.

In an ideal world, what we would do is once we get our own medium of exchange up and running, is that the court system and the administration who themselves are creating and providing value can be compensated from the medium of exchange that we've created. So just to give you and your audience an insight, and again, this is in the planning, this is yet to come into fruition, this is yet to be manifested and constructed and developed. But we are already at the ideation stage that we're going to call it a merits radiancy.

Okay. So because we can't set up a bank, and we can't trade a currency, because that's all crown copyright, that's all part of the old system, right? And the moment we do that, we're stepping into their venue and jurisdiction. So we haven't got banks, we've got what we call them benefits.

And we are creating a radiancy, not currency. Currency we know is controlled by banks, river banks that control the flow of currency. Yeah.

Or by design with the words, with the linguistics. But instead, we're creating what's called a radiancy. Because radiancy radiates from the source.

Yes. And we are the creators, we are the source of the value. Therefore, the radiancy that we are creating is something that the members of our own society can create themselves with their own, for lack of a better word, accounts.

And everything we're doing is merits. So it's based on the merits of what we produce, create and exchange within our society. That's how you are accredited, if you like, again, for lack of a better word for everything you exchange in our society.

So again, it's very hard for people to imagine it, because again, it's very new, what we're doing and what I'm proposing. But everything will be compensated from the system itself. And you can only get value from the system you're creating, if you are actually creating values, everything that we create as a representation of value, which will be the merits radiancy is actually backed by real value.

So if we have a court system that's providing a service to our members, then they're actually creating value. And then they can be compensated by our system of value, which is merits radiancy. Okay, it's a completely new way of thinking, it must sound very alien to you and your audience.

But just think of the radiancy as a currency. And just think of the merits as the measurement of that currency. You know, we've just got different terminology for it we've copyrighted, and which is completely distinct and separate from how currency is used.

But ultimately, our organisation, our society and our court cannot make money from nothing. They can't make money off the back of our members. They cannot extract value from the life from the states of our members.

Does that make sense? Well, yeah, just kind of thinking out loud, because obviously, that that sounds like a fantastic system. But if you look at something with merit being created to pay for different service, like that's going to happen in a lot of different organisations, say, right. And like, if we look at the merit is money, it doesn't disappear, yet it feels like it does.

It's just moving from one person to the other, it just keeps going around. And by creating more and more, you create inflation, which is something you don't want to do, you want to stop the inflation. Well, again, the radiancy and the merits that we're using is linked to value creation.

So you can only gain the radiancy and gain the merits through value creation, and it's on par. So it can never be inflated or distorted. Yet one unit is worth one unit of value.

You can never create two units of merit radiancy with one unit of value. That's what's going on this current system, right? It's they call it a term for is called finite. I'll try and pronounce it because some of these words, they come up with a bloody, you know, linguistics, right? They call it financialisation, which is making money from money.

Yeah, which is charging interest, charging tax, you know, trading money to make some kind of, you know, interest on it. That's financialisation. That's how we get inflation.

That's how we get a distorted system. That's how we get high prices for low standards. That's how we get every increasing cost of living.

But in our system, one unit of merit, one unit of radiancy to one unit of creation, there can never be two merits or two radiancy to one unit of creation. Does that make sense? Yeah, yeah, I know what you mean. Keeping it balanced, keeping it on par.

And that means there can never be a financial system. There can never be banks trading money, which is why we are like the stock market where they're just trading shorts, losses, like even with the fuel, they're making trillions. It's a big game from, and yet it's the individuals that their gas and electricity has gone through the roof and they have to pay it.

And it's just a big game. And these guys, they're going along in their yachts, they have their private planes and they're just tapping each other on the back. What a great job we've done.

Like people don't realise the whole thing is orchestra. Even when the Lehman brothers went, they were buying AAA properties at 6% because they had declared the decks. Properties that they wouldn't sell to the person that was their property being taken off at 6% because you can be sure they'd figure a way of getting that.

They were just handing it to the other big boys and the likes of Blackrock Vanguard and all these. But the whole thing is corrupt and people don't realise that. Yeah, it is.

And it's a casino. They're gambling with money. They're making money from money.

They're not really creating anything. It's all financial services and financial systems. And they're playing around with a system that is affecting real people that work real hard, creating real things who are unfortunately trapped in the system, operating with a public estate.

And of course, these big banks, and there's only a few at the top that own everything below because everything else is a subsidiary of these big companies. Some of them which you won't even hear of in the public arena. I mean, Blackrock, if you're hearing Blackrock in public arena, there will be a company behind that.

That's not in a public arena that owns Blackrock. And then you start getting into all the old ancient bloodlines and all the rest of the black nobility. But the current system, the banking system, the financial system, it's all in collusion with the government.

Government and banking go together. The government is actually borrowing money from the banking system, right? The central bank. So they're all working in collusion and they're all making money off the hard working backs of ordinary people.

So that brings us back to this, which is the remedy and solution because each one of us, if we've got to a certain point in our life where we've awakened up to the corruptions and the atrocities of this system, then we also have to realise that if we continue operating in the system as a registered citizen with a public estate, then we are participating in the system. We are using our creative life force to feed the system. And the system will always keep feeding off us if we continue playing the game.

So what we're doing with our society and our private call and showing people how to get remedy in the system is how they can actually start to transfer their wealth out of the public system and transfer it over into a new private estate, into a new private system, doing this estate reclamation as a remedy and solution. And I'm going to now draw us back, Roy, before I hand it back over to you into these next two maxims of equity. And here's the first one.

Equity looks to the intent and not the form. OK, so we've touched on this, haven't we? Everything out there in the world, as soon as you walk out your front door, it's all the public system. It's all a corporate system.

It's all a legal system, a commercial system. It's all about making money and it's all about keeping you in legal bondage to the system. So unfortunately, as you navigate your way into the system, if you want to get things done in that system, you're going to have to sometimes, like we spoke about earlier, you're going to have to operate a limited company on LLC.

You will, of course, put it into a private holding trust. You can protect those interests. But equity looks at the intention, not the form.

So if you've now woken up and you've gone, right, I don't want to be a citizen anymore. I want to get out of the system. Oh, look, there's an organisation over there that's offering an alternative.

And then you can go back and you can use the law of equity with the intention of wanting to move everything out of the public system. And that means no matter what you do, no matter what form you execute your procedure to claim everything you've got in that public estate and move into a private estate, equity is always going to look at the intent. So even if when you're executing one of these procedures to protect all your assets and interests, even with the public authority or public agency were to come at you and go, right, you've done that.

And in this particular form over there, which means we've got jurisdiction, equity says no. Equity says we're looking at the intent. What was the man or woman's intention behind what they did? Not the form.

Yeah. So even if you made a mistake in law, equity is always going to look at your intention because true sovereignty, true freedoms and rights are coming from your intention, right? That's the divine source of everything you do. So that beautiful maxim there backs you up in everything you do in terms of your intention.

A public authority can never use a statute as a cloak for fraud when your intention was to get remedy, when your intention was to get justice, when your intention was to remove all your property assets and interests out of the public system and put it all into a new private state where it's protected. I'm now going to hand it back over to you. No, I mean, it's making sense.

I love the way that you're actually explaining it because unfortunately, I think people need to actually go away and just check about their car, check the property, because when you talk to people, they don't realize it. But once they do realize this, they don't go back. And that's why I think this is a very important time for this to be created and what you're doing with the court and everything, because there's more and more people doing it.

And as you're educating people, like you can educate people that can go out and become the teachers as well, which, and I know that's your mission. That's when it becomes big, because sometimes you go, ah, I can just change three people. Who can change three each? Who can change three each? When you look at the multiples of that, that's when it becomes incredible.

And like, because I'm asking stuff here, even for the court, and I'm just, and I think that's important. And it's not just me to be listeners as well. That's how you create the best thing.

And the fact that you're saying this hasn't been done yet, this is what we're planning. I love that. Instead of going, this is all it is.

It's like, we have to make sure that we put together the best thing. And how you do that is more minds coming together for the betterment of, how do you call it? Mankind, human living souls. Well, this is it.

Because what we're doing here is we're abandoning the old system, which is a system of hierarchy, top-down control. And we're saying, we're done with that. That doesn't work.

That's a slave system. Now we're restoring sovereignty back to the people, where it truly belongs, right? And respecting and honouring people's freedoms and rights. So in our court system, the way that we've established it, is we've got an all-inclusive law-making procedure.

And it's a six-step law-making procedure. And anyone within our society, any private member, can propose a law. Can propose a law that can be put up to debate between all the members of the society, can go through a six-step procedure.

And if it gets accepted by a 90% majority vote, it becomes part of our constitution. Okay? And I don't want to complicate things too much as well, but also the law-making procedure, the laws that we do create within our society, people have the freedom and right within our society to conform or not conform to the laws. Okay? So they can reject the laws of our society, because they have the freedom and right to do so.

And the beautiful thing about that, the beautiful thing about people being involved in the laws, being able to propose laws, and being able to accept or reject laws, is it makes sure that whoever's proposing laws better propose good laws that actually benefit people, because they're just going to get rejected straight away. And if we're a society that's creating bad laws that are not actually helping people, the society is soon going to disintegrate, because no one's going to be unified. So it's the fact that we can all contribute to making laws, and it's going through a voting process that every member is involved in, that actually unifies us, that actually brings us together in care and consideration towards what we're doing for each other.

So that's a very important part that I wanted to speak about our society when it comes to lawmaking. And it is unprecedented what we're doing. It's very unprecedented.

And sovereignty is something that's very new. It is something that a lot more organisations are coming together. And it's a numbers game, right? Like you said, it's about getting it out to the people and get as many people doing it as possible.

And I just want to give you an insight to a conversation that I was having with the members of our society in a mentorship session we did yesterday. And this speaks to what you were speaking about, about getting it out there and making sure that people are being taught this, is that we were talking about creating private communities. Because one of the members said, Hang on Russell, you're telling me that we're creating a society, we're each creating a private estate within our society.

Does that mean I can go out into my local community, knock on people's doors, and then create a private community, and then bring them into the society where they create their own private states where effectively you turn a whole village, or a whole town into a private community? There's nothing to do with public venue and jurisdiction. Now imagine that. Imagine that you've learned all this knowledge within our society, you become a private member of our society, you've learned everything about private estate, and then we give you the full backing and support to go out into your local community, wherever you live, whether it's a village, whether it's a town, and then start creating your own private community with its own private cult.

Yeah. And you're then going to create new world projects, humanitarian environment projects that you're actually going to create inside your own village. And I think that is how we're going to start to see true sovereign communities actually pop up on the land and start to separate themselves from the local councils, or position themselves as the alternative to the local councils.

And that's where we're going to start to see a shift, not just in thinking, but actually seeing it actually roll out across the land and actually working in real time in real life. What do you think? No, definitely. And I if we just say some of the smaller countries, just say Malta, if this took off there and it started working, that everybody came involved, people then are attracted to that and understand this is way better.

Why are we in a country having a system that I'm a slave? Why can't we be like that? It's like Ireland in the Celtic tiger. Every country was trying to replicate it because it was an inspiration, but not for the right things because it was all controlled. But people didn't know that.

But everybody was like, oh, how are they doing this? How are they improving everything? But it's the same thing if it's, I mean, it can be in little speckles everywhere. But if you've got one place, like I see it now, there's a lot of nomads. And where are they navigating to? They're navigating to where they have the most freedom.

They're going, I don't want to be living here because I can be just like you just said there. If I don't issue a receipt, I get two to four years. That's insane.

But if they go to say Paraguay or go somewhere, everyone is kind of moving because they believe. But then the law changes or the person, their political power, because the powers that be pull the strings and then it changes overnight and then they're moving somewhere else. Whereas when this system is set up and it's controlled, not only will people move there, but others will go, why do we have to move when we can do it in our own backyard? And that's when it will happen in the masses.

Absolutely, 100%. So it's about creating templates of perfection. It's about the people that are in this movement, the forefathers, if you like, or the foremothers, the ones that are spearheading everything.

We are the architects of your life, of this new world paradigm. So we're the ones that are doing the work behind the curtains, the thinking, the planning of how a society would best perform that truly honours and respects human freedoms and rights. And then we're the ones that are going to propagate that information out and show people what will happen to their communities.

And anyone can do this. Anyone can do this in their own local community if they've got the right knowledge, the right skill sets, and the right backing from organisations like us. And you are 100% right.

And again, it's strength in numbers. So imagine you've got a small village that turns into a private community and stands up in solidarity together and say, right, no more. We are no longer part of the council's venue and jurisdiction.

We're no longer part of the district. We're declaring independence. And they do it publicly as a private organisation, separate.

Yeah. And then when one community sees that happening, the next community is going to do it. The next community is going to do it.

And then that's when it's going to catch our wildfire. But only if it's structured to a way that really uplifts and benefits humanity, where there's some real strength and integrity behind what we're doing. And where it's not just us standing up and saying, OK, we're separate, independent.

We're actually creating this. We're creating the food system that we truly want that's going to feed us the organic vegetables and fruits. We're creating the free energy system for our private community that's going to power up all our homes, right? So we're creating the real education system that's going to actually prepare our youngsters to go out into this world so they're fully equipped.

We're creating a true health care system that does disease prevention and disease cures. Everything that we truly actually want for a thriving community, we're doing it. And that's what we're all about.

If you go and look at our mission statements, if you go and look at our official documents and all the projects that we're planning to do, that's what we're doing. It's not just about how do we get independence from this current system that's really bad, but how do we actually create this new system? That's where the excitement is. That's where the adventure is.

That's where the, you know, not just talking about it, but doing it because, you know, even within our society, we're putting together the organisations, the health organisation. We're now talking about the private economy and we're coming together as a society and we're discussing how it's all going to be structured. We're doing the planning and everything else.

So I'm really excited about the future and I know that there are other organisations out there that are doing the same. And because, I mean, the financial thing that you've mentioned, health, everything, it's all great. Being the devil's advocate, because we all have our own kind of upbringing, our belief system.

Sometimes we change it. Is your system the way that it's done with the members? If you've got a kind of belief system, but it goes against the rest, will it be based on like the 90%? If you think, oh no, it should be this way, that it's not Russell's way or the highway. Yeah.

Okay. That's great. So let's get into that.

The devil's advocate of that. So the voting system is a 90% majority. There must be a 90% majority for a law to be voted into, into the law form of society.

Even so, each member of our society still reserves their sovereign freedoms and rights to determine their own life according to their own private law, which means each member can, if they didn't vote for the law or they're not happy with the law, they can reject the law and still go about their own business within our society. They've just not accepted a particular law and they also have the right to leave the society. So it's not our way or the highway.

It's we're putting all these laws together, but you can still operate within our society where you don't have to conform with that particular law. Again, we don't know how that's going to play out. And again, when it gets into practice, there are going to be some flaws.

There are going to be some situations that are not ideal and we're going to need to adapt things and modify things and perfect things as we're going along. But the fundamental principle of everything we're doing is that sovereign freedoms and rights must always be intact. The member must always have choice to accept or reject.

But the member cannot be subject to penalties or prosecution or forced to go along with something. And it's not my way or the highway as well, because again, I want to be very clear about my role in this, because I'm coming to you and I'm representing the society and a lot of everything that we've set up is come from my mind. But really, it hasn't come from my mind.

It's come from divine, because I'm not that clever enough to think of all this stuff. It's been I've been getting the downloads and I've just been expressing it. But even me, I'm at the moment in a position of being the overseer, which means I oversee the mission and the operations of the society.

And I have already taken a note that I'll get to a certain point, whether it's in two to three years time when I feel it's the right time, I'm going to step away from my position. Yeah, and I'm now going to create an order of overseer where there's three minimum overseers at the top of the society. That's probably a bad thing to say at the top.

Yeah, because again, we're not hierarchical. I'm using our well thinking there, aren't I? But there's three overseers that are overseeing the administration and mission of the society. And there has to be a majority vote for them between them three overseers for any decisions and actions that come into play.

And those three overseers are going to be able to only serve a two year term, which means it goes on rotation between the members of the society. And it's subject to selecting who's going to be the overseer, making it as fair as possible. And I'm going to step step to the side because I want to focus really want to really put all my energy into creating these new world projects that we need, which comes to the health, which comes to the new value exchange, which comes to the energy, free energy, and the food and all the rest of it.

So again, it's it's unprecedented what we're doing. It's, it's ideating what we want, the most ideal situation, then planning it out on paper, and then putting it into practice, learning from the mistakes, and then adapting it and modifying it as we go along. But again, I always come back to this principle, sovereign freedoms and rights must be honoured and respected at all times.

And we are a society that's coming together in honour and bringing us back to the slide, equity. Equity is doing what's fair and doing what's right in any situation. So if you've caused someone harm, if you've caused an injury or wrong, you've caused damages and losses, you're now coming back in honour and equity to provide restoration in that situation, because you're an honourable person who wants to do equity.

And again, you've got you've got to have got to a certain point of sovereignty within yourself, you know, where your heart is connected to your mind, right? Rather than people are lost in the mechanics of the mind. I've said enough over to you. And because, you know, if you're organising, say an alternative to the World Health Organisation, that's, you know, natural health and things like that, you know, that's badly needed.

But if we're looking at, say, local authority, as in like doing the roads and stuff like that, the management of that, is it going to be like, is your idea that it's kind of there will be representatives that are deciding on it? I mean, my thoughts are direct democracy is kind of the best, because if we look at any of the politicians, whether councillors or MPs, you know, all they do is they say a good game, they're great speakers. And then the next day, once they're voted in, that's the end of it. And then they just do the opposite.

Whereas direct democracy is what you're saying you'll do, you'll do or else you're gone. Is that a system or how for if it gets to a certain level in the management of, say, a town or a city? Yeah, absolutely. So that obviously has to be a check and balance of power, right? And also needs to be accountability for actions of those who are administrating the society.

So those who are overseeing and managing the services, the structures and systems, they must be held accountable. And everything that we're setting up in our society is being set up so that there's a Commonwealth and so that each member of the society has an equity, for lack of a better word, share of state in the Commonwealth. And they have a say in all the structures and services and the systems that are being proposed by the administration that are being built.

And so it comes back to the constitutional law that we've created, because we've got a constitutional law for our society. And I will probably email it to you at some point, so you can have a read through it. It's quite a read.

And in that we stipulate that, you know, anything that's being done by the administration must be done to benefit the members of the society. It can never be anything other than what benefits the members and where members can obviously remove or hold the administration accountable and the members and according to our constitutional law. If they get to a point where they're not happy with the decisions and actions of the administration, the actual members can then withdraw their consent and then come together to counter the administration that's currently set up.

So we've put all these checks and balances in place. And we've got the renewal of power. So every two years, the power must be renewed.

Other members must come into positions of the administration. You can't have a complete hierarchical system where it's inbred elites. Like Putin having 20 years and just changing his position kind of thing.

That won't be happening. It has to be refreshed with new perspective, new thinking and every member of the society must have an opportunity regardless of their status and position to take a position within the administration so they can become part of how things are overseen and managed. So again, that's something that needs to be played out.

And it all begins with us removing ourselves from the current system, which is the public system, which brings us back to this estate reclamation. Because I've got another couple of slides to show you. One of the maxims and the last maxim on this particular slide before we move on to the next one is that equity regards the beneficiary as the true owner.

So that means in trust law, in every trust, the beneficiary of that trust holds the equitable title, which means they hold the entitlement to the value of the property that's in the trust. And when the trust ends, so the end of the term of the trust, whether it's a 15, 20 or 25 year term, the beneficiary can claim the property of the trust. And during the life of the trust, the beneficiary is also entitled to benefits in the trust.

And therefore equity regards the beneficiary as the true owner. So you can claim the public estate that's currently in the name of the citizen. You can come forward and claim that estate in the law of equity.

And I just want to get clear on what a claim is. A claim is a set of provable facts to establish a right that is supported in law. So that's what a claim is doing.

You're actually presenting facts that proves that you have a right to something and where it's provable in law. And so each person, and I use that word loosely, that's listening into this conversation that we're having, you currently have an estate, and that estate is contained in public trusts. And that estate is actually being administrated by HM Treasury, who at the moment are the default executors of your estate, because you as a citizen have never claimed your estate.

In fact, when your life was registered into the system of the birth registration, your life was placed into a social contract with the Crown Estate where they become the default executors, which means they took control of your estate. And so if you want to claim your estate in the public system, that claim must be expressed in law. And because you are leaving citizenship and becoming sovereign, becoming a true living man and woman, not a fictional legal person, you can come forward and make a claim as a living beneficiary.

And you can claim the absolute title of everything that you've created in the name of the citizen, in the fiction of citizenship. And you can also claim what's known as the office of executor. So in the public system, the office of executor is currently the HM Treasury who've taken that default position because you've never claimed the office of executor.

But what we teach people inside our academy when they claim their estate is that you don't really want to be the office of executor or the executor of that office, because you're then going to be subject to a lot of estate laws, and you're going to place yourself into the jurisdiction of the Crown Estate. So what we teach people is you want to come forward and execute a claim in equity to become the private administrative holder of the office of executor. So you're not stepping into the role of being the executor of the estate, you're stepping into the role of being a private administrator, wherefore you're doing it under your own private jurisdiction.

Would you like to speak to that, Roy? I get what you're saying about the executor, because if you're the executor of the will, sometimes people think, oh, you just organise all this stuff. But if there's a claim made against it and you transfer the money, that then comes on you as the executor of the will, and people don't realise that. So I get why you have it like that.

Yeah, you wouldn't want to step into the role of executor, because you're holding a lot of legal liability in that position, and you're basically placing yourself under the jurisdiction of the Crown Estate. So if you do something wrong, and they come after you, and they go through your documents, they find some mistakes or find you've done something which is off, fraudulent, or whatever, whatever comes to their penalties and codes, they can come after you as the executor. So instead, we position ourselves as the private administrative holder of the office of executor for the public estate.

So you can do this claim. Anyone that's listening into this broadcast can claim their estate that's come in public system. Now I'm going to show you exactly how you do that.

So at the moment, as we've spoken about, Roy, everyone has a public estate. And this means that everything you've ever created that you think you own in the public system, whether it's your real estate property, your vehicle, or your business, it's all part of a public estate that's held in public trust, which is part of the Crown Commonwealth. And the birth certificate you are holding is a birth certificate for the Citizen Franchise.

And that birth certificate is actually a birth certificate of bond, because it represents the fact that your entire life is bonded to the Citizen Franchise. Yeah, that's evidence of the fact that your life is bonded to the Citizen Franchise, which is owned and controlled by the Crown Estate. And so that birth certificate actually represents the equity and rights of your entire life and estate in the public system, as it is connected to the Crown Estate and being administrated by HM Treasury.

And that means that the equity and rights of your life are actually vested in that certificated bond. And so what you can now do in law and equity as a remedy and solution, now that you've discovered the fiction and fraud of citizenship, and you realise that you no longer want to be part of its slave system, and you realise that you really are sovereign, but you forfeited your sovereign freedoms and rights, and you became this legal person, you can now step forward in law and equity to execute a paramount claim, and you can claim the birth certificate as a gift in equity. And then you can secure that birth certificate in a private estate trust that you create.

And by securing the birth certificate in to a private trust, you're also securing the equitable interests of the public estate that's vested in that birth certificate as a bond. What you can also do is, as a sovereign man or woman, can issue what's known as a reversionary bond, where you express your claim to the equity and rights that you have vested in the public estate, and where that claim and that right that you have to the equity of the public estate is expressed on that bond that links it to the public estate, and you place that reversionary bond into your new private estate trust. And by doing so, you control the equitable interests of the public estate in a new private estate trust in the private.

Now here I want to share a very important distinction with you and your audience, is you don't actually claim the public estate itself, because that is a creation of the Crown Estate, right? They created it. That's their creation. You don't claim the citizen, because that's their legal title.

They actually own it. So you can't actually claim something that you've never created, right? Everything in that system is Crown copyright. They own it.

But what they don't own is the equity and rights of your life. Everything that you've done as a living man through that citizen or as a living woman through that citizen, that belongs to you. That inequity, that's truly yours, because it was your creative life force, right, that created it.

But you just didn't know that you were creating it as a citizen franchise, because we were all duped into that role through citizenship. So you are exercising this claim in law, in equity, and you're securing the equity and rights that you have vested in the public estate. That's all you're doing.

And that's all you can claim from the system. Does that make sense? Oh, absolutely. And I suppose if we look at when they were doing properties, they were bundling all the properties together and trading them with a bundle, which was totally illegal.

They're doing the same with this. So we're slaves. They're trading.

And when you see that and know that, you realize that 100% were slaves and they know that and they think it's a big game. And we're just basically saying, as somebody said, the monopoly board and all the pieces, you just move it and it's game over. And that's what we need to do, because some people might think, well, this is out of this world.

But when you actually start looking at it and finding out about them trading it and the whole system, you realize that this is a very powerful thing to do. It is a very powerful thing to do. And it's really stepping into sovereignty, because what I really need you and your audience to get is that the Crown Estate have claimed your life.

They've claimed your estate. They've claimed the value of everything you've owned and they've placed it into their Crown Commonwealth and have placed it into their corporate enterprise, which they call the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom does not describe the landmass that you're living on, the British Isles.

It describes a corporate enterprise, a crown, and it's actually known as a Crown Corporation sole. Right. And that's actually a trust between the Crown and the citizens that it governs as part of the Crown Commonwealth.

And you're 100% right. Everything that they've contained, all the value of all your property, your business, even your life force, your actual labor, that's all been accounted for. It all has a value.

It's all determined by HM Treasury, because they're using your value on the private side of their ledger to go to the central bank, the Bank of England, to borrow money, to fund the public side of the ledger. Because right now, you're operating as a trustee on the public side of their ledger, which is under a public debt administration. Yeah, which is being governed by the Exchequer, right? They're governing a public debt administration.

Everything in the public is debt. It's financial debt. The currency itself, we know it's a fiat currency, it's a debt.

It's paper. It's paper that represents money that's owed. Your mortgage is paper that represents money that's owed.

And all that money in the public side of the ledger is debt that's secured against the real value, which is the equity, which is the Commonwealth, which is the infrastructure, the buildings, the houses, the businesses, everything of real and tangible value that's created by us humans. But we just didn't know that this is the game that's being played at the top level. And we didn't know that we were duped into playing the role of the citizen and trustee on the public side.

So we're coming back, Roy. Reversing the role. No, no.

And the thing is, people don't realize, say, Republic of Ireland, cooperation. All these countries are cooperation. The cities in them are all cooperations.

Even the police force, cooperation. Every single thing, the courts is a cooperation. So basically, you're looking at it as like, say, McDonald's or whatever.

They think they have the right over you. And the reason that they're getting away with it is because you believe it to be true. Absolutely.

And that comes back to the sacrifice of innocence. That comes back to keeping everyone in ignorance. That keeps keeping the true knowledge of what's really going on and how society is really structured from the masses.

Because obviously, you can only control the masses and extort value from the masses when they don't know how to be played. Right. And where everyone's now been reduced to a point that everyone's true sovereignty has been suppressed.

Right. Because they're playing the role of this citizen, of this servant. And the only way to really understand this game is to learn about law, is to learn about contracts, is to learn about trust and to learn about fiction.

The fact that you've just spoken, which is they are corporate entities. Everything is a corporate subdivision of the Crown Estate. And it's all about this one thing.

It's all business. Right. It's all about making money.

That's all it is, because these people at the top that have created all this are extracting value from everybody at the bottom of the pyramid, their pyramid structure. Right. So you can get remedy, you can get solution.

And the way that you can do is to step into sovereignty, to come back into the system, is to expose it through these lawful procedures, to expose the fiction and the fraud, is to claim everything that truly belongs to you and then to secure it into a private estate trust. And I'm going to move on to this next slide, because once you've secured your bonds into a private estate trust, you can then send your private estate trust and all its bonds that you've claimed, all the equitable interest that you've claimed, you can send it to HM Treasury and appoint them the trustees of your new private estate trust. And then you can instruct HM Treasury, which will be the secretary of HM Treasury, to settle any public debts charged in the name of the citizen and settle it using the equity that you've secured in your private estate trust.

Yeah, because it comes back to debts and equity in this system. Again, as I explained to you and your audience earlier, the public system is under a public debt administration. Everything on the public side is debt.

But you can take a position of being the living beneficiary in a private estate trust arrangement. You can secure your equity and rights in the new private estate trust where you can still benefit from public services. But when it comes to any major debts, especially when then debts are in the shape of unjust penalties and fees charged against your life, state or for actually using public services, you can get these settled in equity for a private estate trust that you've secured with HM Treasury.

I have given you a very sort of reductive explanation. In other words, it's not coming from your money, it's coming from theirs. Yeah.

Yeah, absolutely. Because it's basically you're reversing the roles. We are.

We're reversing the dynamics. Yeah. So rather than it all being set up as a public trust, it's all being set up as a private trust.

Rather than us being the trustee, we are now going to take the position of being the beneficiary and we're going to appoint the public agencies as trustees. And we're going to now say to them, every time you issue a charge or debt that is disproportionate to the activity or is unjust, I'm now going to send it back to you and I'm going to instruct you as trustee to settle and discharge that debt using the equity of the estate. Because I'm not sure whether you and your audience are aware of this, but all instruments that are issued from these public agencies are actually financial debt instruments and they are bills of exchange.

And every instrument is underwritten by the equity of your public estate. So what you're actually doing is you're taking equity out of the public estate. You're putting it into this new private estate trust.

You're positioning yourself as a living beneficiary. That means you can return back any public instruments that you don't agree with that are not equitable and say, listen, you've sent this, you've charged this estate for this amount. I believe that this is extortionate or whatever and all the rest of it.

You send back the reasonable grounds and the lawful basis and just instruct the trustee to settle it using the equity of the estate, doing everything lawfully, peacefully, honorably and equitably. So once you've set up the new private estate trust, what you've actually got is you've actually got two things going on. Because the public estate and the public trusts in the system, they don't just go away.

The public machine is going to keep churning no matter what you do, because it's operating in ignorance of the law and it's operating in arrogance of the law and it's operating and it's in hierarchical system. So what's going to happen is you're going to have everything still going on in your life, which is set up in a public system under the name of the citizen. So everything like your car registered with the DVLA, you're going to have your house registered with HM Land Registry, you're going to have your business registered with Companies House, that's all still going on in public.

But what you've also done in the private is you've severed and separated yourself from the fiction and the lies from the citizen in public. You've released yourself from legal bondage because you've gone through a declaration of status process, which we've spoken about Roy, haven't we, in previous presentations and I encourage your audience to go back and watch and listen to them. But you've done all that and you've set up this new private state trust.

And what you've now done is you've now gone back up and set up a new private trust with all these agencies. You've set up a new private trust with DVLA, you've set up a new private trust with HM Land Registry, you've set up a new private trust with Companies House and any other council and any other public agency. And you've basically renegotiated and recontracted with them as a living man rather than as a citizen, because by you executing this claim, you have lawfully and effectively dissolved all public trust arrangements, which are then unlawful and illegal from the moment you've executed your claim as a living man or woman.

So you're basically going back to them and saying, right, I know you've got the public trust set up in your agency, but I am now issuing you this private trust because that's my will, that's my intention as a living man or woman in equity of my own sovereign authority. I now want you to do everything through this private trust. And I'm now instructing you as the appointed trustee to do everything through this private trust.

And there is a maxim in equity. Again, I encourage you in the audience to check out these maxims called, a trust will not fail for want of a trustee. So that means even once you've set up this private trust and appointed a public agency, to act as the trustee of your trust, if they refuse to use your private trust, if they refuse to perform, then whatever you've secured in that trust, whether it's your real estate property, whether it's your car, whether it's your business, all the equity and rights will still remain as property secured in your new private trust, secured by the private law, which is the terms of the trust you control in a private, even if they don't perform.

And again, it's all done in accordance with the law of equity and the maxims of equity, which supports everything that we do. If we look at the, just say the car, because I had seen someone else kind of doing that, that they're writing to like 10 different institutions, organisations, different people in order to kind of claim the right of the car. Is it needed that much or is it just one? How many steps are needed just for say that alone? Yeah.

So once you've created the master trust, which is the private estate trust, and you secure that with HM Treasury, that's the master trust. Once you've done that, your next step is to deal with the local council, to deal with DVLA, the property and the business, right? They're the major ones. So let's use your example of DVLA.

So you're next going to then take all the documents that you've got from the DVLA, the car registration form, your licence, your insurance, absolutely every document, you're going to claim those documents as gifts and deeds in equity. And the reason you're making that claim is because the equity that you have in that public interest is vested in those documents. Those documents represent the equity and rights that you have in that interest of driving a vehicle in accordance with the DVLA.

So you're going to secure those documents into a new private trust. You're going to call it a private carriage trust. All the documents go into the trust, you position yourself as a living beneficiary of the trust.

And once all the documents go into the trust, and you've claimed the equity and rights that you have in that interest, that is now secured and protected by the private law of the trust, which you are going to determine as the sovereign authority who creates the trust. You're then going to issue your private carriage trust to either the chief financial officer or the secretary for the DVLA, straight to their office. You're then going to appoint them in the capacity of being a living man or woman as the trustee of your trust.

And you're then going to instruct them. This is all done in one lawful procedure. Yeah, so it's one mailing, one set of documents done once, you then send it over to them, you instruct them, appoint them as the trustee.

In all these documents, you will lay out all the reasonable grounds and lawful basis why you can do it. And you lay out all the law of equity and all the maxims of equity to support your claim to secure everything in a private trust. And then you do a brief administration process.

And the administration process is a private administration process, where you give it a week, and then you send them a notice of fault. And then you give it another two weeks, you send them another notice of fault. And then you send a third notice, which says now it's an adjudicated fact of law that this trust stands in law, because you have not done one of two things.

So what we're asking these trustees to do is one of two things is to respond to our claim and our trust to prove that we don't have a right of claim to prove that they don't have to be positioned trustee. And if they don't respond, then they are in dishonour of fault. And if they come back with an improper response, which means they fail to rebut and fail to address all the claims that we make within our documents, our trust and our process still stands and stands as an administrative process that gets adjudicated by our own private court, we send them a final judgment, because we go back to the maxims of equity, and equity, here's another maxim of equity I didn't share with you earlier, and here it is, equity sees done as what ought to be done.

That's a maxim of equity, by the way. And what that actually means is this, if the trustee that we've appointed at the DVLA, if that person is the only person who actually oversees the DVLA, that can actually process your paperwork, which they are, then equity says, well, you should have done it. Because the man's come forward and said, well, I'm appointing you as the trustee, because you're the one that's overseeing this entire operation, you're the only one that's got the authority in the public agency to make everything happen.

So equity says it ought to be done. And that means you, once you've issued your claim, even if the trustee comes back and says, I'm not doing it, or even if the trustee doesn't respond, the maxim of equity says, well, equity sees done as what ought to be done. And that means that you can consider it as done, even if the trustee doesn't respond.

And even if the trustee comes back with a response, but it's an improper response. Does that make sense? No, absolutely. And just on that three times, because that's something that's, even if you look at the when there's an auction, going, going, gone, it's like, once you actually state something, the third time it becomes, whether you say law or fact, because they haven't reported it.

And same, that's why with a lot of this stuff as well, by doing registered mail, they can't go, well, we never got it and claim that. You have registered mail, you keep a copy of the information that goes across. Yeah, that's it.

So that's that comes into administration law. So we teach this inside our academy, we have a private law master course and teaches everyone about administration law. And the administration law, like you said, 100% is a three stage process.

It's a three stage process of notice of fault, notice of fault, and then a final notice of dishonour and default. And then that goes into an adjudication to prove everything that we've done as a fact of law. Through that administration process, we've acted honourably, because we've gave the trustee, that we've gave the respondent to our documents, an opportunity to disclaim what we've done.

We've given them an opportunity to prove what we've done is wrong, if they contest it. We've give them every opportunity, but if they've failed to respond, or they have not come back and properly addressed every claim that we've made in our documents, and we butted it properly in law, then everything we've done stand as truth stands as fact and stands as an adjudicated process. And that means we can treat it as done.

And then from that point onwards, how does that play out in real life? Well, it plays out in real life like this, you can still jump in your vehicle and go drive down the road. Of course, you're going to do so as a law abiding person, because you know, the traffic laws are there for a reason, right? To make sure that there's public order and safety on the roads. However, if you get in a situation, let's say, for example, a simple situation where you've been clocked going two miles an hour over the speed limit, and the copper hasn't given you any grace, hasn't given you any leniency, and has gone, right, I'm issuing you a speeding ticket for 180, because you've done two miles, then really he's acted unfairly, isn't he? He's acted not, you know, just, he's not giving you that leniency, which they should give you if you're a couple of over.

Then you can then take your speeding ticket, you can claim your speeding ticket, you can then secure it in private trust and then send it straight to the treasury, sorry, to the trustee that you've appointed to deviate and say, right, you have legal liability entitled to settle all debts that are charged to the trust. I'm now placing this speeding ticket into the trust. Please settle the debt that's attached that speeding ticket using equity that I've secured in the trust.

Have they ever come back and accepted it, or is it always by default? So it's always by default, because for them to accept it means that they have to own up to the fact that what they're doing is fiction and fraud, and they're never going to do it either. They have to implicate themselves as being criminals, because that's basically what fraud is, criminality. So for them to come back and own up and go, here, you're right, we are doing this, they just can't do it.

So it's better for them to just let it go, do a non-response and leave you alone. And that's perfect. That's just what we want.

So what will happen is, if you're dealing with a lower level person in a public agency, they're going to like what you're talking about, private trust, what you're talking about, you know, that they've got low level thinking, they're trained to just respond and just keep sending letters out, keep sending letters out and putting you in for right through their administration process. But what we're dealing with is we're going straight to the top. So where we're appointing the people at the very, very top.

So even if we do deal with a low level police officer at the street, when it's, you know, when it comes to an action that's going on with the vehicle, then we can take the document from and then we can be very courteous, even be very kind, thank you very much officer, I'll take the fine and I'll deal with this lawfully on my side. You'll then go back home and then pull the paperwork up, send the private trust over to the trustee and get them to deal with it that way, because they at the top level know exactly what's going on. And they're never going to want to admit liability and they're just going to want to cancel it and put it to one side and get on with things.

Does that make sense? Yeah. And what happens then if you've done that and then you want to sell your car, you're selling it to somebody outside of the society that doesn't know any of this, does that bring it back in or how would you navigate that? Yeah, so that's a really good question. You've got a couple of options there.

So you could sell the car as a private contract, right? So there's no reason why you as a living man can't set up a private contract and where you are selling that vehicle over to a public entity. As long as you are maintaining a dividing line between private and public, and as long as you are stipulating in that private contract terms that clarify and testify to the fact that you are not implying or conferring jurisdiction, then you're safe. Because again, equity looks at your intention and not the form.

So if your intention is not to hand over jurisdiction, but your intention is to move the vehicle from the private to public and do it for a private contract, then again, equity looks at your intent and not the form. So that's possible. But if I look at Ireland, I'm not sure how it works in all different countries, but in Ireland, when I have a car, I get a document.

And if I sold it to you, I just fill in the details. That goes to the government organization who in turn then sends you the document that you are now what you believe is the legal owner. So that'd be kind of saying, hey, I'm back in the system.

Yeah. So what you're doing is you're going to hand that over to the trust because you've put it all into a private state trust, right? So you're going to send the document back, you're going to put the document back, and then you're going to take the document that comes back and put it straight back into the private trust and send that straight back over to the trustee that you've appointed. Keep always keeping yourself in that private trust arrangement, but then you can hand the document over to the driver that wants to purchase your vehicle.

So there is a way of doing it, but it just needs careful thinking. The documents need to have careful terms, then making sure that you're always protecting your jurisdiction and making sure that you're always staying in a private trust arrangement where you're always positioned as a living beneficiary and never implicating yourself or making any legal bond to that procedure. Again, operating under the maxims or within the maxims of law and equity, which looks at the intent, not the form.

So even if you are forced to take that document and go through a legal procedure because you want to transfer it over back over to someone in public, but your intention is to remain in the private, then equity is going to say, right, we're looking at the intent, not the form, because that was your intention. And of course, you're also using the law of necessity. So there is a law of necessity.

I don't know if you're aware of that or your viewers are aware of it. A law of necessity allows you to break or bend a law when you know that your life is going to be placed in harm and where it's better for you to bend or break the law to protect your life. That's the law of necessity.

So that assists you in doing that particular procedure where you need to interface with the public. So again, I've given you a very reductive explanation of how that would work, but there are laws that assist you to do it. But equity is the number one law that helps you.

And that kind of brings me to the end of this presentation. Excellent. Well, as always, thoroughly enjoyed it, but you might let the listeners know where they can find you.

And also you might just mention as well, because I know there's 10 weeks or something like that. It's not like, hey, you have to come in and pay. You give people like, you know, that they can test the soil, walk on the grass for a while before they actually commit to doing this.

You might explain that as well, because I think that's great that you're doing that. Yeah, absolutely. So if anyone wants to learn more about sovereignty, wants to learn about more about living in private, how they can restructure their public interests, then they simply go to our website, which is graceprivatsociety.com. And on the website is a lot of introduction videos, explains what we're doing.

There's a lot of documents that show you how we've structured our organization. And on our website, there is a link if you want to join us for a free 10 week trial of our academy. So that means you wouldn't, you don't need to enter any contract, don't need to pay any money, you simply just register to join us as a guest member for 10 weeks.

That means we will give you full access to our academy online, you'll get your own guest members account, you can go into our academy, you can look at all the courses and classes, you can watch presentations to understand what it is that we're doing. And you can also join me for 10 weeks, where I do group mentorship sessions every Sunday, where I walk you through everything that we're doing inside our academy. And then at the end of the 10 weeks, you'll be fully informed about exactly what it is that we're doing.

And then you can make a decision as to whether or not that's something you want to get involved in, or it's something you don't. So after 10 weeks, you'll be fully informed, you can either walk away, or you might go, yeah, that's for me, I want to get involved, how do I become a fully fledged member, that's pretty much how someone can learn more about what we're doing, get involved. Excellent.

And I mean, we've got the other ones, we're going to do next status protection, I believe is the next one, is this that we're going doing? Yes, it is. We're going to get deeper into these private trusts, exactly how they're formed. Because these private trusts, if you're going to operate in the public, you don't want to be operating as a citizen, because obviously, that's a legal title holder, all the liability.

If you're going to operate in the public, you want to operate through private trusts, which become your lawful avatars and your protective shields. Brilliant, I look forward to it. And as always, thanks very much.

And I'll make sure I put the links both on the audio and the video and I'll see you next time.
