1. Sponsor
The 2025 SoCal Voices After the Holidays eGift Card (“Contest”) is sponsored by SoCal Voices, LLC, (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open only to legal residents of Southern California who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. A valid email address is required to enter. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on January 5, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on January 10, 2026 (“Contest Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Contest.
4. How to Enter
To enter, during the Contest Period:
Visit the SoCal Voices submission form accessible on the SoCal Voices website or via Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn @socalvoices. Submit your first name, last name, and valid email address on the form. By clicking 'Submit' on the form, you attest that you are at least 18 years of age, a resident of Southern California, and agree to receive emails from SoCal Voices.
Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Contest Period. Multiple entries in excess of this limitation will be void. Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.
5. Prizes
Number of Prizes: One (1)
Prize Description: One winner will receive one (1) $50 Visa eGift Card.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50.
Prizes will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the winner.
No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
Drawing will be held on or about January 10, 2026.
Winner will be notified by email within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing.
If a winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, or if prize notification is undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to:
- Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
- Release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation or the acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize.
- Permit Sponsor to contact them using the email address provided for purposes related to the Contest and general communication from SoCal Voices.
- Permit Sponsor to announce winner's first name, first initial of last name, and city of residence in winner announcement posts on sponsor's social media pages on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
9. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in California.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purposes of Contest administration and general communication from SoCal Voices in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
