She started as a home-based embroider, then started reselling products with embroidery & monogramming then took her business online. Then, three years ago, she moved into a retail space! Crazy huh? Considering how tough the retail gift environment can be with Amazon and online shopping so easy & convenient, she has found a way to make it profitable and still something she loves to do!

Think about your business…has it had to evolve? I would be surprised if you said “no.” The online and retail marketplace is changing as such a fast rate these days that you NEED to. Does it mean you are shifting your business to selling items/services not meaningful to you - NO! It’s quote the opposite - you actually still do what you love, but you present your products & services WHERE the customers are buying and serve them in a way that fits WHY they are buying. Your offerings may have to shift a little!

If you have just started your business, please know that it will have to evolve. You will start today but it could change tomorrow…customers will desire different variations of what you have to offer. So be ready to be flexible and know that to make money doing what you love, you will need to package your services/products in a way that CUSTOMERS love.

Business is constantly changing, and so are you! So, learn that being flexible and open to change will only help the longevity of your beloved business!
