Spotify In today's episode, I share with you 3 ways you need to use good judgment & be discerning when it comes to your business. Because, as you may or may not realize, you are and will be making MANY decisions along your business journey. And all I want you to do is MAKE GOOD ONES LOL :)
Here are the 3 ways I share today that you will need to use good judgment:
1. With the product/services that you offer. Yes, you have to be discerning and choose products/services that are needed and people will pay for. Otherwise, you'll waste time & money creating them. Don't do that LOL.
2. With what you focus on right now. Yes, you need to figure out what is important right now for this stage of business. Otherwise, you will miss setting up and mastering the things that will set you up for success in the long term - and you won't waste money/time on things you don't need right now.
3. With who you work with. Yes, you will work with people to get your business going. Whether it be for graphics, bookkeeping, website design or coaching. You need to choose those that you are confident either can do the job and/or you feel in alignment with. I have wasted much money on quick decisions with those that weren't really the right fit for helping me. So make sure you are discerning with who you hire :).
