More so than any other extraordinary person you've been introduced to thus far on RTWG, Lauren Siegel is someone who has managed to center her life around the simple act of running.
She's been running longer than I've been alive, 46 years and counting, and everyday, since Oct 15th, 1999, Lauren has made the time to run. Everyday. That's 7875 consecutive days as of this episode's release. Only 9 other women on the planet maintain an active run streak longer than hers, but Lauren's passion for running is unrivaled save for her sense of self-preservation and love of family.
