Several years ago, Iamena Crolla questioned the kind of mom and leader she wanted to be.

Theater Organizations

She discovered the world of theater organizations and new ways of working, and it blew her mind: it was intensely experimental, as opposed to the corporate experience. This could very well be the way to have a more significant impact on society. She founded Lia to contribute to workplace transformation.

The world has changed a lot in the last few years, but we are still working with an old, mechanistic view of it: press a button, and get predictable results. Business as usual does not work in this new context, and that's the main challenge we face.

The need for transformation is evident, and companies need to align their interests with the interests of the people who embody it. The focus should be on people and not just on profits.

Mindset

According to Iamena, we first have to change our mindset. We need to shift from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset, embracing challenges and learning from them. We need to be more flexible and adaptable to change. We must learn to think differently and approach problems from a new perspective.

Experimentation

Experimentation is crucial in the transformation process. Businesses must be willing to try new things and see what works for them. They need to create a culture of experimentation, where everyone is encouraged to try new things and learn from them. The goal is not to be perfect but to learn and improve continuously.
