I’ve listened to many podcasts and audio books, read many different books on real estate investing as well. Over-analyzing is one of those things I’ve been great at. After listening to Jack and Josh, I have the confidence to get off the bench and get into the game! They walk you through how they’ve done things, if they worked or not, and give real life examples. That was exactly what I needed to understand it more and get my feet wet. Thanks, guys!
