Today is likely the most significant day in our history for patriots who believe in the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, and the 2nd Amendment. SCOTUS today overturned the 50 year old flawed ruling of Roe v Wade since the right to an abortion does not exist in the Constitution, and consistent with the 10th Amendment, any Right not afforded the Federal Gov't in the Constitution is the domain of the States. A huge win for life, liberty and the unborn. And on top of that, this week SCOTUS also overturned a NY State law that violated citizens right to protect themselves, by allowing concealed carry as along as folks pass all the usual background checks, get a permit, etc.. Previously NY, like CA, was a "may issue" state, meaning the Gov't could hold up your 2nd Amendment right if it felt like it, making it next to impossible to obtain a permit. A clear violation of the Equal Protection clause. Not any more!
