Madeline Rose, RYT-500 is a Spiritual Life Coach, meditation and breathwork facilitator, founder of The Balanced Rose and co-host of The Rewired Woman Podcast: The Neuroscience of Womanhood. With a B.S. in Neuroscience, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification, and credentials in breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and spiritual life coaching, Madeline blends evidence-based practices with soul-led wisdom to help women transform from the inside out.
As a 6/2 Generator in Human Design with Sacral Authority, she brings grounded wisdom, magnetic energy, and deep intuitive insight to every conversation. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe in our bodies, connected to our purpose, and free to be our whole, radiant selves.
Whether she’s guiding a breathwork session, nerding out over brain science, or laughing with her friends about why we sabotage good things, Madeline creates spaces where women feel seen, supported, and spiritually activated. Her approach is powerful yet gentle—infusing neuroscience, mindfulness, and a touch of magic to help women rewire the beliefs, patterns, and energy holding them back.
When she’s not yapping, teaching, or podcasting, you’ll find her walking her Mini Schnoodle Stax, sipping a Honey Lavender Oatmilk Latte in a cozy cafe, or dancing barefoot under the moon.
