I am a life-transformation coach, master footzonologist, LMT amd lymphatic specialist. I have a BS in Molecular Biology from BYU and 5 wonderful children. I healed ALL my chronic symptoms and have been helping people recover from chronic illness and pain for nearly 10 years.
15 years ago my health crumbled. My energy dropped to an all-time low. My neck and back pain became unbearable and ballooned into frozen shoulder. My acne was returning around my jaw. I had brain fog, more headaches, more frequent UTI’s anemia, weight gain, racing heart and more. I felt depressed, defeated, and trapped in my life. Today I am healthy with energy to spare, deeply rooted in self love and purpose, happily creating the life of my dreams, and compassionately helping others do the same.
