Points of Leadership is all about equipping leaders in maximizing their leadership for the people they lead and care for.
Growth is like stretching during your regular exercise routine. A leader who commits to growing is consistently stretching beyond their limits. Now imagine a team that commits to growing together—they become an unstoppable force, stretching above and beyond any limits. In this episode of Points of Leadership, we are stretching in our growth points as we share the next two points in our series.
In a client stories publication, Harvard Business Impact shared how a top global brand is developing their next generation of leaders. Building a solid system of consistency and accountability, Imperial Brands believed that investing in its next generation of leaders was the most impactful way to develop a different caliber of leaders.
The company CEO believed that empowering and equipping their people to achieve the extraordinary is the key to their company's future success. This can be applied to teams across many dimensions. In this second episode in this series, we provide practical examples of what integrity, consistency and accountability looks like in a team.
Secondly, we provide three ways for empowering and equipping our next generation of leaders to lead impactfully in their own lives and that of their teams. As always, the leadership principles we share on Points of Leadership are for any leader in any industry that desires to take care of those they lead well through the overflow of his or her life. So, pull up a chair, call a friend and take a listen and share with any industry leader in your life on these growth points for this year.
We appreciate your recent feedback on our last episode. This is why we love serving you! Please keep your feedback coming. Thank you for engaging with us and for being a growing leader!
