Cassie:

So that doesn't happen to everyone where their life path number and their Zodiac tarot card matches up. So I think we're pretty damn special. Yeah, happy birthday, Caitlyn. Happy birthday Cassie.

Caitlyn:

Thank you, You're so welcome.

Cassie:

Hi creepy people. Happy birthday to anyone else whose birthday it is this month.

Caitlyn:

Leo season.

Cassie:

Also cancer season, duds You're taking over my season.

Caitlyn:

It's technically not Leo season yet, see what?

Cassie:

she does to me. Gosh. Well, should we say hello, hello, if you're new to our creepy corner of the world. This is PNW Haunts and Homicides. I want to say it like really clear and see if the AI will pick it up. This is PNW Haunts and Homicides, where we chat about true crime, paranormal and all things creepy in the Pacific Northwest.

Caitlyn:

We do a tarot reading at the end of every episode to give us a little bit of deeper insight into our topic for the day. So make sure you stick around if you're into that.

Cassie:

Yes, we get kind of goofy in those too, so they're fun. And if you're wondering why our voices are so deep, because we're both sick.

Caitlyn:

No, I've just adopted a sultry persona.

Cassie:

Yeah, we're just going to start talking like this from now on and hope nobody leaves. Yeah.

Caitlyn:

Is it sultry or is it like kind of an NPR?

Cassie:

type of a vibe.

Caitlyn:

It's sultry. Don't ask, like yourself, it could be sultry. Npr, true, true.

Cassie:

Yeah, you kind of do. That's how I would describe your voice actually, oh my, God, wow, I must have a birthday coming up.

Caitlyn:

Happy birthday to me.

Cassie:

Well, speaking of birthdays, we're going to celebrate mine and Caitlin's birthdays in this episode. Obviously, it's all we've been talking about. And we're going to talk about some more numbers, because I know everyone loves my number shenanigans.

Caitlyn:

Do they not? They better? Oh, okay, I was like I feel like you're waiting, you're pausing for reaction and I'm like, yeah, I do Like, keep going, like I'm at the edge of my seat.

Cassie:

All numbers, we're just going to read pie for this episode.

Caitlyn:

Okay, well, now I'm not what I would describe as at the edge of my seat, probably, but no, this is way more fun than just reading numbers because we're going to talk about the meanings, okay good.

Cassie:

Why are we talking about numbers? Because it's our birthday and we can nerd if we want to. So I've always been intrigued with numbers, but this kind of all started last year on my birthday. I don't know if you guys remember, but I was really excited to turn 23 in 20. I was really excited to turn 33 in 2022. Three is a cool number on its own. It's one of my favorites and one that follows me around. I know it's one of Caitlin's favorites too, right? Yeah, I know you had that weird kind of creepy experience on your 33rd birthday.

Caitlyn:

Yes, I mean only if you count being woken up by a nightmare involving the death of, just like, one of the most important people in your life, you know, at 333 am.

Cassie:

Yeah, I feel like that was a good sign, though, like you woke up from the dream, it was 333 and you're like, okay, that was okay, that was just a dream yeah.

Caitlyn:

I feel like that's where we left it.

Cassie:

Yeah, but that's what we're going to go with anyway, because I don't want to taint my number three here, yeah. But I started to literally add it all up, and three plus three is six, two plus two plus two is six, and then six, and six is 12, and then one plus two is three. So as you can see, I spiraled.

Caitlyn:

Okay, I followed the three plus three and the two plus two plus two, I think.

Cassie:

Yeah, so the two plus two plus two was the 2022. Okay, so this is kind of the thing with we're going to talk about it in a little bit of how but you kind of reduce all of these numbers down to one digit. Yeah, so I thought it was interesting that the three, like the 33, just everything, reduced back down to three. So it was interesting. So I really wasn't super excited to leave 33, understandably, until I realized that my age and the year numbers match up again. So I'm going to be turning 34. Three plus four is seven. It's going to be 2023. Two plus two plus three is seven. Ooh, I know I thought it was so special, but after kind of realizing that's how all of my years are going to be, that's just how the math, math lined up from when I was born in 1989. I guess it's just that's going to be a thing, but it's still pretty cool.

Caitlyn:

It is cool because here's the thing I'm 88 and I haven't done the math, but it doesn't add up. I tried yeah. It's not going to do that fun stuff.

Cassie:

I'm just a fun person, I guess Clearly Maybe that's why I like numbers so much. Probably it doesn't have quite the same full circle moment that last year had, because seven plus seven is just 14 and that just makes five and not nine and it's just not the same. So to get more excited about my birthday this year, I dug in well, both of our birthdays, let's be clear. I dug into some really cool numbers you can get from your birthday and your name. Ooh yeah, this can be so fun, my God. So I used seventh life path.com for all of this. I did rewrite some of it here and there for the descriptions of how you get these magical numbers and what they mean, but basically all of the interpretations are directly quoted from the site. So the first one we're going to talk about is your life path number, and it's found by adding up all of the individual numbers in your birthday until you get a single digit. So usually you have to do this twice, because just adding up all of your birthday numbers isn't going to get you a single digit, obviously Like if all of them combined equal to 45, then you would add four plus five to get a life path number of nine Okay, the website explains more in depth. Or you can just use their calculator, which is awesome, because then you don't have to do any math.

Caitlyn:

I really like that.

Cassie:

Yeah, it's really convenient. The life path number represents the direction of your life's journey. It describes and outlines the opportunities, challenges and lessons you're likely to encounter in your lifetime. Okay, okay, I like that. So what we're going to do is Caitlin is going to read to me my number interpretations and I'm going to read to her her number interpretations.

Caitlyn:

Okay, cassie's number is seven. Your life path number is the number of higher awareness, a wider point of view. Those with life path number seven tend to be intellectual and analytical thinkers. You likely have a great understanding of the spiritual self and are drawn to the mysteries of the very existence of all, that is, the universe and everything within it. Holy shit, if that isn't true, I'm just getting a little bit like woo-woo vibes there. Definitely Woo.

Cassie:

So me it really is. These are very accurate like scary.

Caitlyn:

It's kind of creepy, yeah, scary creepy. You know Mysterious. You are independent and tend to withdraw into your own solitary world to contemplate on your current projects. Okay Well, just stop, just stop.

Cassie:

I'm living alone in the room, all by themselves, all day.

Caitlyn:

This is like so dead on, be wary of becoming too narrow minded and reclusive, okay.

Cassie:

The interesting thing was it said it's like you have a wider point of view. But I think where maybe the narrow mindedness comes in is if you're just spending all of your time alone and your wide point of view doesn't get nourished.

Caitlyn:

Yeah, yeah, which.

Speaker 3:

I can see that.

Caitlyn:

I totally agree. I think you have to nourish those parts of yourself.

Cassie:

Yeah, I try not to be a recluse. That's why I'm here and I have a podcast. It helps me.

Caitlyn:

Because that one time somebody asked you when you were on a yes kick Yep.

Cassie:

Good timing, karmic timing, sucker.

Caitlyn:

Seven is a cerebral number and those with a life path, number seven have a loner quality. You don't say they need to learn to have faith. If they do not have faith, they tend to become very cynical and escape through drugs, alcohol, work and geography. Holy shit ain't that the truth. I was going to say I no comment. Yes.

Cassie:

Definitely escaped through drugs and alcohol, but in a fun way. So far not in a scary way, yet I know my limits. But the geography thing I've been itching to just leave my life and just travel. That's escaping, though, as well.

Caitlyn:

Yeah, yeah, they have a love of natural beauty ocean, green grass, plants, flowers, et cetera.

Cassie:

Little bugs and feathers and all of the things I've been collecting. I got a bumblebee yesterday. It was so sad because it's a dead bumblebee, but I'm like you're too cute to just like. You're so cute. So now it's, I'm going to have like a shadow box or something full of bugs. Love it? No, you don't.

Caitlyn:

For you. I love it for you, and when you're done with it, I'm sure it will be super cool. I just don't have. I don't have that. Yeah, I get it. My life path number, I'm guessing, is a different number Not seven. Which kind of pisses me off, if I'm being honest, because I also like the number seven.

Cassie:

Well, by the end of this, you won't be pissed. You'll love it. It's amazing. Okay, what's going?

Caitlyn:

Sevens tend to have an air of mystery and do not want you to know who they are. Oh, like a crab. That's so weird. Just a coincidence, I'm sure. I'm sure Intellectual, analytical, intuitive, reserved, natural inclination towards spiritual subjects, Goss A loof, loner, pessimistic, secretive and insecure are some of the qualities of those born into the seventh life path.

Cassie:

See, I didn't want to include just the good stuff. There's not great stuff about some of the numbers, and this is very true. I can be very pessimistic, but I've you know when. I started doing the yes thing. That was when I'm trying to be more optimistic.

Caitlyn:

Well and there's. I think there's a tendency to sort of associate certain qualities or characteristics as being good or bad. Yeah, that's true, and it's really just that there's kind of a flip side with almost everything.

Speaker 3:

Yeah.

Caitlyn:

I don't know that we have to like, assign it like a moral value.

Cassie:

And secretive is I am secretive, but in a way that, like it's protective.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, literally anyone.

Cassie:

Can tell me anything, and they do. People tell me all of their secrets, even if I don't want them, and you know what? Oh my God, they stay in my crap shell and they don't come out, okay.

Caitlyn:

Until afterwards. I'm recording and then you're going to tell me all the secrets. Hey, molly, you want to know a secret? Shout out. I'm also very insecure.

Cassie:

So that's, very true.

Caitlyn:

I can see that. Yeah, I'm an imposter. I'm a person who is a life path. Seven is a thinker. If your life path is a seven, you seek truth and wisdom in all that you do and search for the underlying answers in everything. Your tendency is to be a perfectionist and you expect the same from those around you. Yeah, Caitlin, hey, this is your number. I was starting to get a little bit of a. I don't know me. Is that you? I am a perfectionist?

Cassie:

I don't know that I expect perfection from everyone else. I think that's it's from me, yeah.

Caitlyn:

I think that's one area where we're so alike, but then also we can be really different. In that, yeah, it is interesting. Because you are most comfortable by yourself, a loner or introvert, you happily give up the stress and turmoil of a busy life in favor of a quiet, peaceful life of solitude. Oh my God, where is that? Where is that then? I missed that. Is that an option Every day? I?

Cassie:

say, just want to give it all up so I can lay in my bed and sleep. But here we are.

Caitlyn:

I don't know about that. Like maybe lay on a beach? Yeah, that's true. Seven is a spiritual number and most sevens are drawn to spiritual pursuits. I mean, are they just going to say over and, over and over again in different like variations?

Cassie:

Drill it down, yeah.

Caitlyn:

It's Cassie's a spooky bitch. I could have told you all of this Without my path number.

Speaker 3:

Yeah.

Cassie:

It's also interesting too that it says I'm spiritual, but I like to find the truth in it, which is exactly what I do with all of the ghost stories. I'm like here, they are. But there's also like this yeah, If the ex files were a person, it's that that would be you.

Caitlyn:

Makes sense. Yeah, your love of solitude can make it difficult for you to form close relationships. While you value your independence, you may often feel lonely or isolated because you lack closeness with others. Bitch, make up your damn mind that first one I can see. You definitely value your independence, but because you spend so much time alone, you may lose your consideration for others and become inflexible. I could see that. Yeah, I could see that that is something that could happen.

Cassie:

But I'm not going to let it happen, yeah.

Caitlyn:

You're not really like that, though. One of the challenges for you is to find a balance between maintaining your solitude while not becoming completely isolated. Seven represents spiritual focus, analysis being original or independent. If you have this number, people often feel like they don't know you. You are a mystery and some may see you as eccentric. Is that true? You guys? Yeah, you and your bugs are very eccentric.

Cassie:

Oh my God, it was so funny. I've been going to get these massages now for a couple of months and I see the same woman every time. I go in one morning and I'm kind of half asleep when I get there because it's early. I just assume everyone doesn't know who I am. So I introduce myself to her and she's like I know who you are. I'm sorry, I'm like I just feel like people don't know who I am. I don't know, but she's like you're very unforgettable. I was like am I? Oh my God what.

Caitlyn:

Thank you.

Cassie:

I know, okay, let's do it on Caitlyn now.

Caitlyn:

Yay.

Cassie:

Caitlin's number is eight.

Caitlyn:

Yeah, and I know that already because I was playing with the numerology and life path stuff for no particular reason.

Cassie:

Yeah nothing important yeah.

Caitlyn:

It's not like my wedding date needed to have any sort of special significance, or that I wanted a particularly fortuitous day or whatever. Yeah.

Cassie:

It's fine, I'm not the only number nerd. Yeah, your life path number is one of returning karma and opportunity. Returning karma, yes, and I don't think that that's a bad thing. I think it's a good kind of karma.

Caitlyn:

I feel like the implication in most conversations is kind of like karma's coming back around.

Cassie:

Yeah, Karma does work both ways, though, you guys. There's good karma and there's bad karma, so yay. Those with life path number eight tend to be natural leaders, rather than followers, with a good capacity to visualize and an intuitive ability to know what needs to be done in order to accomplish the task at hand. Hi, caitlin, it's you describe Caitlyn in a paragraph, and that's what you would write.

Caitlyn:

Okay, I mean, I see parts of it. I don't know.

Cassie:

Natural leader who asked who to run a podcast. You are great at visualizing things, especially wedding dresses, yes, and I think we're both very intuitive. Obviously, we do tarot. Yeah, it's kind of our thing. As such, you are more likely to find yourself being more successful with money in business or politics, when. When it's coming, bitch, it's coming, your karma's coming, and I get to tag along.

Caitlyn:

Bitchin.

Cassie:

Be wary of losing sight of your compassion and becoming too ambitious and greedy in pursuit of your goals.

Caitlyn:

Oh Beware.

Cassie:

Okay, I can see that with that kind of personality type.

Caitlyn:

Yeah, you're like bitch. I got your number.

Cassie:

I keep you grounded.

Caitlyn:

Yeah, I would say so.

Cassie:

Those with life path number eight tend to be a better judge of character and attract the right kind of people to work with toward your vision. What Me? No. This makes you a natural executive and excellent in the business or political arena. You have a need for success and a strong desire to be recognized for your achievements. Oh hi Leo.

Caitlyn:

I have nothing to say. I want there to be something clever to say after that, but anyways it's just true.

Cassie:

Yeah, this leads you to not feel safe. Unless you have found a way to establish financial security, and because you are more likely to consider status important, you may be tempted to live above your means. I Tempted, but you're still good with the money. So, like, I'm trying to help you here. Yeah, you should also pay attention to telling and showing your loved ones that you care. Being a good provider isn't the only way of doing this.

Caitlyn:

Oh, so you have to like use your words. Yeah, use your words, the ones about feelings, mm-hmm, those feelings Gross.

Cassie:

It is difficult for an eight to take advice.

Caitlyn:

All right. Well, if I'd known that you were just going to come out and boldface attack me, I did read through this.

Cassie:

When they make a choice, they must feel it is their decision, not someone else's, and that is in bold capital letters.

Caitlyn:

I you know, sometimes things are important to emphasize.

Cassie:

As a result, they do tend to learn the hard way.

Speaker 3:

Mm-hmm.

Cassie:

Yeah, yeah. Eights are very honest and by being so blunt, they unintentionally hurt feelings. I've never had my feelings hurt by you, but oh. It's hard to hurt my feelings. Maybe that's why we get along so much. Maybe that makes sense.

Caitlyn:

You're like well, you're a bitch, but like I just don't care.

Cassie:

That's why I All of my friends are like bitches and I'm just like I love you guys.

Caitlyn:

You're so nice? Yeah, because you have an impervious shell. That's true.

Cassie:

That's so funny.

Caitlyn:

I would argue that sometimes it is maybe not unintentional, Like if you have your feelings hurt. Maybe I meant you to.

Cassie:

Maybe reflect on that a little bit.

Caitlyn:

That sounds like advice.

Cassie:

Although they sometimes appear insensitive, what is going on inside them is the exact opposite. That's why she leaks, sometimes Correct. They do feel deeply about everything that goes on in their lives. People with a life path number eight are born into natural leadership skills. If your life path number is eight, you are very ambitious and goal oriented. You have strong organizational skills and a broad vision, which makes you successful in business, which is so true.

Caitlyn:

Yes, you should see this bitch's fucking bridal binder.

Cassie:

I can't.

Caitlyn:

Oh yeah, apparently, people are afraid of it. It's terrifying. I don't understand. Why are they afraid that I'm going to beat them with it? Like, yes, because it's huge and heavy, not even that huge.

Cassie:

Very organized, though it represents authority, material wealth, ambition and caution. You are reviewing the lessons you brought from other lifetimes and reinforcing what you chose to keep. That's pretty interesting.

Speaker 3:

Yeah.

Cassie:

I really want you to do a life, a past life regression thingy. How do I do that, though I don't know. You have to go to somebody, oh yeah.

Caitlyn:

Okay, so I'd have to talk to someone else.

Cassie:

I think they kind of like put you in like a meditative state. It's kind of like hypnosis. I want to say yeah, yeah.

Caitlyn:

Okay, so all very interesting, but like my main point is so like I have to talk to someone else, yes, gross.

Cassie:

Maybe I'll learn how to do it and I'll do it for you. If you could do that, that'd be great. That's on my list of things to master. Yeah, fantastic, my long list, yeah.

Caitlyn:

See that that just is proving another point that, like, obviously I find the right people to work with. That's true.

Cassie:

Yeah, I think it's true. A person with a number eight in their chart will work diligently to achieve their goals. Maybe a little too jell-, dilligently jell-a-jell-a-ly the person would make a good business manager and leader for sure. They thrive on hard work and, more than any other life path number, are prone to becoming a workaholic.

Caitlyn:

I I just, it surprises me, yeah, shocked.

Cassie:

I'm sure if I told Chris that he would be like what Taylor.

Caitlyn:

Me, my fiance, am I the drama?

Cassie:

They are often good with money, and their work ethic makes it possible for them to acquire wealth. This pursuit of materialistic gains can hold some pitfalls for them, including a tendency to become unscrupulous.

Caitlyn:

Oh no, I love that. I do too. I love the word, I don't love the idea, yeah.

Cassie:

Including a tendency to become unscrupulous in their efforts to make money or neglect their family and loved ones while working to earn money. Balance is key. I don't really see the problem with that last one. Need your loved ones. That's what the money is for. You can't enjoy it all by yourself. Both of us need balance. I'm sure every number needs balance.

Caitlyn:

Yeah.

Cassie:

Every person.

Caitlyn:

I mean my number is just two equal numbers, four and four. That's true, you're pretty balanced, like what could be the problem.

Cassie:

You got to have that Libra to use the scales on you. Oh, for fuck's sake, yeah.

Caitlyn:

All the balance in the world.

Cassie:

So, fun fact, cancer's Tarot card is the chariot, which is number seven, and Leo's card is strength, which is number eight. So that doesn't happen to everyone where their life path number and their tarot card zodiac tarot card matches up. So I think we're pretty damn special.

Caitlyn:

Yeah, yeah. The expression number, sometimes referred to as destiny number, is derived from all the letters in your full birth name. Each letter is assigned a number and you add them up, just like the birth dates. Ok, now I realize why you wanted to know in middle name yeah, yeah. That's why, if you want to know what numbers are assigned to certain letters, you'll have to go to the site, because I don't have time for all that. Nope, we don't. Cassie says yeah, I got nothing but 10. This number symbolizes the opportunities you have at your disposal, reveals your inner goals, the person you aim to be, and the capabilities, talents, as well as the shortcomings that were with you when you entered this world. Shortcomings I don't have any shortcomings. You are the shortcoming. Oh, just kidding. Oh, my God, that's hilarious. Cassie's expression number is one. One indicates you are independent and individualistic. It represents the risk taker and a pioneering spirit.

Cassie:

The risk taker came a little bit later in life.

Caitlyn:

Yeah, Self-reliant, confident and perhaps sometimes overly opinionated. I don't know if I agree with that.

Cassie:

I think I am, but my other traits and my personality I just keep it inside because I feel like not everyone needs to hear my opinion, which I feel like more people need that trait. Yeah, that's fine, you're like, I have them. I just keep them to myself, unless they're asked for.

Caitlyn:

That's so interesting.

Cassie:

People can do that, what?

Caitlyn:

Living proof. Yeah Wow, you are more likely to try the untested and new things.

Speaker 3:

Look at you.

Caitlyn:

You like the freedom to choose your path and make your own decisions. Boy, does she ever? That's why I like to be alone. I want to do what I want, be wary of being overly competitive and too self-centered and critical of others.

Cassie:

Which is something. I'm not a super competitive person because I reign it in. I feel like I am. I am competitive, but I reign it in.

Caitlyn:

You already have an awareness of it.

Cassie:

Yes, I keep it in the shell. I keep everything in my shell. Oh boy, that's interesting too, because this is from my name. The other one was from my birthday, so they don't have anything to do with each other. But they're kind of like the same. They are the same Indepidual.

Caitlyn:

Indepidual - new word.

Cassie:

Independent, individual - indepidual.

Caitlyn:

I love it.

Cassie:

So caitlyn's expression number is three. Three indicates you tend to be outgoing with more uplifting and optimistic energy than others, which I think is kind of true. You do have like an energy about you. It's very Leo energy.

Caitlyn:

Yeah, that's actually how I got my nickname at an old job of my Disney, oh yeah.

Cassie:

You're just very.

Caitlyn:

Mickey Mouse. No, they said that I was like a Disney princess.

Cassie:

No, yeah, I can see that. Yeah, you are a creative spirit and likely more drawn to the arts or other similar outlets where your energy can be focused on bringing forth that which is in your imagination, like writing. Oh yeah, be wary of becoming too cynical, irresponsible and undisciplined, as this will hinder progress in your creative ventures.

Caitlyn:

I'm feeling a little targeted Quickening cynical caitlyn. Oh yeah, cynical, that's the one I was thinking of, definitely not the irresponsible.

Cassie:

Irresponsible and disciplined.

Caitlyn:

I mean, I'm actually very disciplined usually. Not of my own accord, as a default, yeah, but I make myself do it, yeah.

Cassie:

Yeah, I get that. I was talking about that recently too, where I had to, like, make myself be creative. It's kind of the same thing, yeah.

Caitlyn:

Your heart's desire number.

Speaker 3:

Ooh.

Caitlyn:

Ooh, sometimes referred to as soul urge number, is derived from the vowels in your birth name. Oh my God, and like my entire fucking name is vowels.

Cassie:

It feels like Right.

Caitlyn:

It can reveal the general intentions behind many of your actions, your true motivations, inner cravings and urges and your likes and dislikes. The heart's desire number represents the inner you and can dramatically influence the choices you make throughout your lifetime. Oh shit. Okay so no pressure, cassie's heart desire number is one. Oh Okay, so I'm seeing a bit of a theme here, Indicates you have a deeper craving to rule over your own direction in life according to what you believe is right. Holy fucking shit, cassie. Like how many different ways can they find to say that you're a real independent bitch? I guess a bunch. Wow, you are 100% that bitch. More than others, you desire to be independent and a leader of whatever venture, endeavor or area of expertise you join or are a part of.

Cassie:

Hmm, weren't we just talking about how I couldn't give up control of editing to somebody? Yep.

Caitlyn:

Quite literally Interesting. That's exactly what I thought of.

Cassie:

Immediately. Caitlyn's heart's desire number is three. Three indicates you have a tendency to be creative and playful, generally upbeat, friendly, happy and outgoing. You are drawn more to the arts and crave for a creative outlet where you can be free to express yourself and showcase your imaginative mind. Oh, like having a podcast, I guess who would have thunk.

Caitlyn:

I love that yeah.

Cassie:

So they vary. All of the numbers kind of have the same general meaning. It's just like where they're placed and what numbers come up is really interesting, because that one too is just adding up all of the vowels and the first one was just your whole name, so it has potentially it could potentially be a different number. It's interesting that ours were both the same, yeah.

Caitlyn:

Yeah, very consistent.

Cassie:

Yes, your personality number is derived from the consonants in your full birth name. The personality number represents what you send out and share with others. It symbolizes how the world and those around you might perceive you. It often serves as a censoring device, both in terms of what you send out as well as what you allow to approach. So like, what you allow to like come into your life is what I'm thinking. That makes sense. It represents the characteristics you project outward and indicates how others are more likely to perceive you before getting to know you well, and so by learning about your personality number, you can get insight into how others might view you. And surprise me, and Caitlyn have the same personality number of nine. Ah.

Speaker 3:

Weird that we get along.

Cassie:

Yeah.

Caitlyn:

That is so weird and it's that's like your favorite number.

Cassie:

I know right, those with the personality number nine give off a charismatic and somewhat aristocratic appearance. Oh, people see you as being in control, with positive and idealistic opinions and ideas, and, as such, you can inspire and influence those around you, gaining following and admiration. Ooh, creepy people, it's us, you're following and admiring us. Oh, my God, be wary of seeming arrogant and above others, which I can definitely see. Oh, because we definitely do have that like oh, look at me, I'm amazing. But we have the other side, where it's like we do not think that we're above other people whatsoever.

Caitlyn:

Yeah, I was going to say I feel like I actually can think of multiple, I can think of multiple interactions, even with just a single listener, in fact a single Patreon subscriber, that are like, seriously, are you really, are you Okay, so, okay, okay. So the imposter syndrome it's not cute after a certain point, just I think we overly what's?

Cassie:

how do you say that over? We overcompensate? Yeah, we overcompensate because we do have that kind of we do see that how we can come off as arrogant to other people just because we're trying to love ourselves so much that we're like we're amazing, but on the inside it's like we're. We have the imposter syndrome where we don't think we're so amazing on the inside, but we have to fake it till we make it. Yeah, yeah. So just, I mean, everyone's going to know so much more about us now after this I feel like this is getting to know you. Episode Yay, are we in therapy right now?

Caitlyn:

The attitude number, sometimes referred to as the sun number. Okay, it's calculated by adding your birthday and birth month together and reducing that number down to a single digit value. I fucking love numerology Me too. Yeah, it's really cool. She is my bitch. Yeah, it describes how we are perceived by others when they first meet us. It is an indication of what type of first impression or appearance that we portray to the world. This perceived attitude is not always in line with what we are truly like or who we are on the inside. Yeah, remember that everybody. Yeah, of course, you'll never know what she's like on the inside. She's a fucking crab.

Cassie:

You're going to crack me open and eat my legs, really.

Caitlyn:

God, I do love crab though. Oh, I know. Oh, fuck, cassie's attitude number is seven. Oh, the impression you give off is of someone who is analytical, introspective, intellectual and intelligent.

Cassie:

Hold on, Wait, wait, wait. It's said that I might not actually be intelligent. It's just how people perceive me. I feel like it's the opposite. I feel like I give off of a kind of I don't know what you're saying.

Caitlyn:

Well, yeah, maybe Shut up. The numbers are talking right now. Attitude number seven is a mysterious, often withdrawn and introverted number. As such, it is hard to pin down a seven's exact intentions or get to know them well. Even after knowing them for a very long time, I don't have anything to say. Well, it's been brought to my attention that sometimes I might need to be careful about the things that I say, so same's. They tend to be very good observers, seeing details where others don't, which? How many times has that happened already?

Cassie:

All the time, yeah, no, I mean today, yeah.

Caitlyn:

All day, being able to analyze and solve problems, and grasping for knowledge from within all aspects of the universal spectrum in search of the greatest truths. Oh, the truth is out there, the truth is out there, the truth is out there, yes. You're going to find it.

Cassie:

I will and I will tell you all in the podcast. So make sure you tell everyone else about this podcast so they're also in the know.

Caitlyn:

Yeah, I mean not like in a coldy way or whatever.

Cassie:

No, never, we would never do that to you guys. Caitlyn's attitude is number nine. The impression you give off is of someone compassionate, socially conscious and concerned about the well-being of the world and all the things within it. Your philanthropic ideals and charisma will often draw others to you, making you a leader figure on your venture to serve a greater purpose on some humanitarian cause. Oh, like talking about murders and victims. Oh, isn't that great. Don't cry, but I feel too many things. Well, I'm going to keep reading it. Okay, great. The weight of the responsibility and taking charge can often leave you exhausted and be detrimental to your health. Because of this, you need to be mindful of over-exerting yourself in the process, Caitlyn.

Caitlyn:

Listen, I don't care if it seems like I may have come down with the plague. I can plan this wedding in three days also.

Cassie:

Oh, my gosh. Yeah, the stuff about the serving the greater purpose on like a humanitarian cause, I just I was like, oh, that's so hard.

Caitlyn:

Yeah, I love that. I'm kind of a bleeding heart.

Cassie:

You just don't show it all the time. Yeah, you show more on the podcast, though. When you cry every episode and you're like I don't have feelings.

Caitlyn:

Well, feelings are gross. When you have to feel them this much, you know what I mean. Hopefully you get used to it. You're like no, because I don't have any. I do, I have all the feelings. Everyone knows that's not true. You fucking cancer.

Cassie:

So the last number we're going to talk about is really exciting. I love this one. I've never I don't think I've ever really heard of most of these, except for the life path number. But this one, especially your personal year number, is calculated using the day and month of birth in the current year. Oh, yeah, so it kind of tells you what to look forward to in this year that we're in right now, 2023.

Caitlyn:

2023. You didn't look at 2024. Did you?

Cassie:

No, they. I did the calculator thing and they didn't have it for 2024 yet. What the fuck? I mean you could calculate it out yourself, but okay.

Caitlyn:

Yeah, we're totally going to do that, like right after this. Okay, it's my turn. Yeah, okay.

Speaker 3:

Yeah.

Caitlyn:

Okay, cassie's number is five. Five, that's a new one. This indicates a time to welcome new and exciting opportunities, whether they are in traveling. Oh my God bitch, we are going on two trips this summer.

Cassie:

Right, and I've already been on a trip to Seattle. Yeah, a lot of trips this year.

Caitlyn:

But they weren't with me. So like, do they even count?

Cassie:

Yes, no, I mean no.

Caitlyn:

There you go. Just had to bring you some of that, leo. Energy, change of residence oh interesting, weird. 2023. Did someone move? That's weird. What that is weird? Yeah, or romance, huh. This year represents a time of dynamic change, unexpected adventures and even some lucky breaks that, although maybe out of your character, you should try and embrace.

Cassie:

So the interesting thing about this is I was getting a strong intuition, I guess, and I was texting someone about this and I was like I'm waiting for that lucky break. It's coming in October. And I was like, why did I say that? I have no idea why. I said that it just came out. So that's what I'm predicting it's coming in October, who knows? Okay, enough about me. Let's end on Caitlyn, because you know it's Leo season now. Caitlyn's number is seven. This indicates a time of letting go, of contemplation and gaining insight into your inner self, with greater tendency to isolate and defer from social activities.

Speaker 3:

Hmm.

Caitlyn:

Interesting. I don't know how I could do that more than I do now.

Cassie:

Right. This year represents a time for spiritual and mental growth, for focusing on your own needs and strengthening the foundations of your life. Boring.

Caitlyn:

But it's true.

Cassie:

Is it I?

Caitlyn:

think so yeah. I think you're spiritually and mentally growing for sure, this year, you know and I'm also thinking about this with like the mentality of like going ahead a year, but we're like more than halfway through 2023. So that totally does fit.

Cassie:

I think so too, yeah. And then like strengthening the foundations of your life, like you're fucking getting married, like you got proposed to. You're like strengthening, like, your family foundation, yeah. And like letting go of you know the letting go, letting go of all the past relationships and all the bullshit is gone and you're like in a new.

Caitlyn:

It is totally gone. Yeah, yeah, so true, it's such a fucking grown up. I love that for you. Congrats.

Cassie:

Oh, thanks.

Caitlyn:

While we're on the topic of adulting, do you remember? Did we file our corporate Texas?

Cassie:

I don't know, let's move on. I do want to say one last thing. I Googled a bunch of different sites and the seventh life path was the one that I personally liked the most. I would not use astroyogicom because I typed in the same things and I was getting like different numbers and the descriptions were weird. So I don't know, I don't know if they use a different numbering system, but I would say maybe don't use astroyogi.com.

Caitlyn:

That's like I'm sorry. Numbers are numbers. Like they add up to the same.

Cassie:

It was being weird. I don't know if it was just maybe on the fritz or whatnot, but Well, cheers to our birthdays. Happy birthday, bitch Hold on. Happy birthday, witchy bitch.

Caitlyn:

Do over Yay, cheers, cheers, cheers.

Cassie:

Our delicious wine that caitlyn got me for my birthday. It's a cigar UFO with a pink beam, and the top of it is so cute, okay, so we're going to pull each of us from a separate deck at the same time. Woo Deck, not dick Jack. Okay, did you? You probably need to shuffle yours too, huh, okay, so we pre-shuffled a little bit. We've touched each other's decks, so we have each other's magic.

Caitlyn:

Where does she come up with this stuff?

Cassie:

My dirty dirty brain yeah that is true. Oh, that was a good one Surprise my birth number wasn't 69.

Caitlyn:

It's supposed to be a single digit, Cassie.

Cassie:

That's a single digit. To me, it makes one thing right You're both connected.

Caitlyn:

Oh, like an in-bind piece of bull 69 is like an infinity symbol.

Cassie:

God See, sex can be sweet. Wow, okay, okay. So what I've been doing recently is I've been like holding it to my heart or my chest and like picking one.

Speaker 3:

Do you think we should do?

Cassie:

that.

Speaker 3:

Okay.

Cassie:

Oh, it's the one touching me. Wow, I didn't even know. Oh, what'd you get?

Caitlyn:

Is it the death card? No, I'm just. I'm like she's like holding her bosom. I'm not sure I'm gonna need to see the reading to know if I maybe. Maybe we're still a little off because we're sick but we'll see no what'd you get? I got the Night of Wands, you got the Sun. So the Sun is the 19th and it happens to be on page 199. Aww.

Cassie:

Okay, love it, miss Scy.

Caitlyn:

Keywords for the Sun are happiness, success, pleasure, self-expression, clarity and vitality. The Sun card features a blazing sun, sometimes with a face sunbeams radiating out of it. Beneath the sun, in the Rider Waite Smith deck, a smiling nude child rides a white horse.

Cassie:

This one's a little different, and I really like this one a lot better because it looks like a couple dancing under this one. Oh, it does, that's pretty. I really like that.

Caitlyn:

Some decks show two children with their arms around each other. Other decks picture a young couple holding hands. The Sun rules the zodiac sign Leo oh yeah. I pulled your card, which astrologers link with children? For some fucking reason pleasure and creativity. I like the pleasure and creativity yeah. I'm on board. The Sun card represents life itself, for the Sun gives life to everything on Earth. One of the most joyful cards in the tarot, it signifies vitality, confidence, achievement, attainment and success in all endeavors. Oh my God, cassie, you're going to shit yourself. You're going to shit your brain. Why there's an extra excerpt. Okay, each day comes bearing its gifts. Untie the ribbons.

Cassie:

Oh, like a present, because it's my birthday Tomorrow. Oh yeah, on the ninth Nice, yep.

Caitlyn:

The Sun brightens any negative cards in a reading, no matter where it appears in the spread. And do you remember? We got this once before.

Cassie:

Definitely remember, because I was like thank goodness, we got that yeah.

Caitlyn:

It's kind of like, if you get a like get out of jail free card, immanably yeah, its influence is always beneficial. A new day is dawning and you're glad to be alive. Whatever your question, the answer is positive. For creative people, the Sun can indicate a time of increased inspiration and productivity. Whatever you undertake at this time is likely to prosper, for the Sun is shining on you on this bizarrely overcast day.

Cassie:

Yeah, it's been like deathly hot, though, so I'm glad we had an overcast day.

Caitlyn:

I'm okay with that. It looks like it may have perked up out there. This is a good time to start new projects and expand your horizons. It's your day in the Sun.

Cassie:

That was interesting too, because my number was all about like open-minded and like higher awareness and creativity and intuition. I like it. I feel like we don't need to go into the three bullet points because we got to open gifts too?

Caitlyn:

I don't think so, yeah.

Cassie:

I mean, let's see what your night of wands is Miss Wands you always get wands, because she's a dang old witch.

Caitlyn:

Do I? I feel like I haven't noticed that like pattern I don't know.

Cassie:

I feel like you draw wands and you're like it's a one, because I'm a witch, you might be right Night of wands are.

Caitlyn:

keywords are adventure, travel, excitement, movement and restlessness.

Cassie:

Hey, that was in my chart, not yours.

Caitlyn:

Apparently they're like linked or some shit, because also Leo is my thing and you got that.

Cassie:

That's true, that's so funny.

Caitlyn:

And.

Cassie:

I read yours and you read mine. Yeah, how cute are we in?

Caitlyn:

the tarot, nights are traditionally shown on horseback, armored like the nights of old. Some decks call them princes or naves. The mother peace deck calls them sons. Nights are messengers and travelers. The night of wands is an energetic young man, sometimes seated on a rearing horse, and he appears to be ready to ride off into the wild blue yonder, or perhaps to adjusting match In a reading. The night may signify an actual person. If so, he's a lively, fun loving adventurer.

Cassie:

That's what your thing was all about, too is like being like lively upbeat.

Caitlyn:

A dare double, perhaps an athlete. When the night of wands appears upright, he brings good news. Sometimes he represents a trip or relocation. Some sort of movement or activity is a foot of a happy kind. We have a lot of trips, we've talked about that. It's true. If the night represents a real person, he's a good natured and likeable chap, generous of spirit, idealistic, a loyal friend.

Cassie:

I think that's you for sure. I think that totally goes with your number. The vibe of the night of wands, just like yeah.

Caitlyn:

I guess so.

Cassie:

I'm gonna see what the little book says, because I do like. I think I like their descriptions. Night of wands is all action and doesn't spare any time to stop and think. Oh my God, that is totally what your shit said. They pursue their goals singularly and recklessly. Their unstoppable passion is inspiring but comes with risks. Oh my God, this is literally like word for word what your thing said. Stop it. If the night is you, it's time to be bold and seize that crazy opportunity in front of you. It won't stick around for long. Enjoy this feeling of total confidence in yourself. Be aware that there can be unforeseen consequences. In acting too impulsively. I feel like the unforeseen consequences is like you working too hard and forgetting your family, maybe. Now I want to see what the sun one says in here, because these are fun. With sunshine comes new life. An innocent child full of carefree joy and happiness waves a red banner high in the sky. Behind her, a gray wall. A gray wall is her past and the flowers of memory. Oh God, I can't read this.

Caitlyn:

Can you read. Behind her, a gray wall is her past and the flowers of memories bloom and thrive in the sun. There is wonder and warmth everywhere. The sun has turned the day into a promising playground, ready for exploration. It's a time to feel totally alive. Woo, Winter is over. The world is lush and full of excitement and beauty. Bask in the sunlight, embrace life. You might have just stumbled upon a big discovery or revelation that's astonishing, amazing and helps you see things in a new and beautiful way. This new perspective is the result of your hard inner and outer work, and now it's time for the reward. So treat your own sales. It says. Do something fun, have an adventure. The days are yours to fill. The days are yours to fill with childlike wonder and optimism.

Cassie:

That's what I've been doing. Yeah, I did just have like a big thing too recently, like just like a healing releasing moment. Yeah, it was good. And then also I had, like last year, I think I probably mentioned that I had a big healing releasing moment with involved like the sun. So that's always been kind of like my thing. That pops up when I need just like a reminder. So it's all good stuff. They're good tears. I just couldn't read through them. Okay, let's open presents, okay.

Speaker 3:

Hi, this is Stephanie, Cassie's mom. I call Cassie my sunshine girl, and it all started in a funny little way. When she was a couple months old, I saw a French's mustard commercial with a little boy singing you Are my Sunshine. That song just made me think of Cassie and that she is my sunshine even when skies are gray. I sang that song to her all the time and then started calling her my sunshine girl and, of course, over the years, anytime I find anything that says she wore my sunshine, I buy it. She even had a little musical figurine that played the song. If you don't know the words to the song, here they are you are my sunshine, my only sunshine. You make me happy when skies are gray. You never know, dear, how much I love you. Please don't take my sunshine away. And Cassie is my first baby and she was and is the bright spot of my life every day. Cassie Jo.

Cassie:

I think I want it to be like a black star, like a creepy star.

Caitlyn:

Yeah, you know what it should be. It should be my fave, which it's technically two emojis, but it's the black heart and then the sparkle.

Cassie:

Yeah, Sparkle, black heart sparkle. Oh yeah, yeah, We'll give you one of those. I thought when you were going to you were saying my fave. I thought you were going to say my face and I was like, dude, okay enough with the Leo already Wow.

Caitlyn:

You're always welcome to remain anonymous if we choose to read one of your stories in an episode, and remember that they don't have to be from the Pacific Northwest specifically, if you'd like to share them, they could be from anywhere in the world Ibiza. Oh yeah, that's a good one. Yeah, yeah.

Caitlyn:

I just really, really want to be able to say Ibiza.

Cassie:

Yeah, you have to go there. I heard, though, like if you haven't been there you can't say it like that.

Caitlyn:

Oh, so then I say, like Ibiza.

Cassie:

Yeah, you have to say it like a tourist first before you actually go there. Ibiza, zimbabwe. Ooh, I would love a fucking story from Zimbabwe, like I'm not going to lie.

Caitlyn:

Yeah, that would pretty much blow our minds.

Cassie:

We should check our analytics and see if there's any new countries listening.

Caitlyn:

Ooh, yeah, okay. So if it's not Zimbabwe, maybe it could be one of the neighboring countries, like Botswana Ooh, that's fun. Or Mozambique, ooh.

Cassie:

I think we should just pull up a list of countries and just read them.

Caitlyn:

We'll just read them all, okay.

Cassie:

I think we really need to start that sleepy time podcast we've been talking about.

Caitlyn:

It would just be me saying names of all of the places that I hope that we have listeners.

Cassie:

We're trying to name countries, we're trying to read menus, we're trying to read pie Like I think we should do this.

Caitlyn:

Yeah, I feel like we're really picking up on a vibe that says like go to sleep.

Cassie:

Caitlyn:

So far we've been pretty good. I mean, it happened here and we like literally still had a plan C. We're doing it. I don't know.

Cassie:

I mean Plan C, plan double C, cc. I hope your birthdays are just as magical as ours. What's that word? Philanthropic? Thank you, you're philanthropic. Philanthropic, is that right? Okay, I don't say that word, so it sounds really weird coming out of my mouth.

Caitlyn:

It feels weird when you say it too.

Cassie:

It sounds okay hearing it from you.

Caitlyn:

You're like it sounds okay when you say it. When I say it, it sounds like a I don't know, like there's a drunk monkey in my mouth when I say smart words.

Cassie:

it just isn't right.
