CONSISTENCY: Is needed to propel yourself into change and a sustainable lifestyle

IT'S TIME: To come home to your body

WHEN YOU: Level up, shit will come up, and that's ok

CONNECTION: With your body will help you learn what baseline and feeling good feels like
