What a fun show! I discovered your show because I’m a longtime subscriber of Fresh20, and I was excited to hear Melissa’s personal story on your show. I’m a physician and a mom and I’ve loved how Fresh20 has helped me “to practice what I preach to my patients and to my kids.” I’ve felt from the beginning that Fresh20 has eased cooking with kids and shopping with kids. But I love the new idea to hand the shopping list to the kids and make it a sort of scavenger hunt. Thanks for highlighting that idea and making it a simple change for the weeks to come. I can tell already I’m going to love listening to your show- as I chop those vegetables, perhaps with a favorite candle and glass of pinot noir nearby.
