Cabin Fever

It has been difficult to try and stay positive about travel, future travel as we are dealing with a pandemic. A lot of people say nothing to worry about as the number of infections or deaths are just a small percentage. Try saying that to someone who has lived through being infected with COVID or someone who has lost someone from COVID. 

I try to inspire people to travel with caution or to continue to dream about travel. You don't have to travel far to have a getaway, you just have to plan properly. Do your due diligence by doing your research, contacting places to see if they are open and if you need to make reservations. 

Think about rural trips, trips along back roads, discover new towns, parks, lakes, rivers, mountains. Support local businesses, Mom and Pop shops, not big name franchises who have been the death of small town Canada and America.
