64-year-old, retired Commercial Airline Pilot from Ontario, Canada, Dave Hadfield, has been wandering through Canada’s remote Northern forests since the early 1980s, specializing in trips beyond the Parks, into the Crown Land. His journeys by #canoe, and #snowshoe, in Northeast Manitoba and Northwest Ontario, have taken him on many #backcountry routes not found in guidebooks. Dave is a particularly experienced #wintercamper, specializing in #hottent #camping in the backcountry of the Canadian Shield, Boreal Forest. He and his trek-mates spend most of their time on #snowshoes, hand-hauling sleds and #adventuring through the pristine #Canadian #wilderness.
