Growing up in rural Tennessee, 41-year-old, Stephanie Quarles experienced an off the grid childhood, without electricity, indoor plumbing and other comforts that most of us take for granted. She began adventuring outdoors at age 4, doing solo hikes through the local Tennessee woods. Stephanie’s 37-years as an outdoor adventurer, include a thru hike attempt of the Appalachian Trail in 2022, and will repeat in 2024, kayaking lakes in TN and GA, mountain biking, and hiking trails in the Southeast.
