Human Sustainability and the Next Generation

We can no longer maintain human capital without the skill set of being able to communicate with them, appreciate them and respect them. There are three levels of hierarchy that must all play nice in the sandbox. 1. Organizations 2. Leaders, managers, employee's supervisors and direct reports to name a few. 3. What is the next generation looking for in a career? 4. What is compassionate capitalism?
