What does it feel like to live and love wholeheartedly? When we experience healthy and wholehearted connections with ourselves and others, we feel a sense of value and worth. Our authentic, positive and effective presence is comforting and leaves both the receiver and the giver feeling intact and whole. Whe we live and love with our whole hearts, we become more aware of ourselves in the context of our relationships and the world around us. Embrace the fullness of life. Open yourself to new experiences, love unconditionally, and marvel at the mysteries and wonders of life.

Dr. Jean Marie highlights steps to live and love wholeheartedly by being curious, courageous, creative and unselfish. Curiosity can expand empathy and strentghen our relationships. When we are curious, we keep our minds active by asking questions and seeking answers, brainstorming ideas, and becoming astute observers. Courage enables us to face our fears, learn more about ourselves, and engage with what is new and different. Creativity is the channel for new discoveries and connection to others. It refreshes our soul and outlook on life. When we are unselfish, it benefits others and enriches our lives.

The Love In Action Practice is two fold. Think of  simple ways you can give back and serve. Consider volunteering or donating time and resources. Secondly, think about how you can  step beyond your comfort zone and try something new. Journal on new insights,  what you learned about yourself and how it made you feel.
