The Why and How of a Social Enterprise

Adair Mosley, interim president and CEO of Pillsbury United Communities in Minneapolis, is overseeing a $6.7 million-dollar capital campaign. The project involves the development of a grocery store and wellness center in North Minneapolis. His comments will include the why and how of establishing this social enterprise, the eighth for the organization. Adair will also identify how his leadership style has been influenced by attending human centered design at Stanford’s prestigious Institute of Design and the Executive Leadership Institute, a certificate program, sponsored by the University of Michigan and the Alliance for Strong Families and Communities.
