04 Hey, you have done to censure. For see Wow for you young why become America. It's time for. The Adventures of white Man. I'll tew you four c hy dot Com West pomp Beach is number one Internet radio station. Here's your host, the f Man Jones. Fut it's it's the fun out my guys watch outside Bonny. Why it's don sidewy it by its standified another time.
49 It's gonna matter what sid font about it. Dot sign consign godside. Dot is pipe Man here on the Adventures pipe Man w four c Y Radio. And I'm here with Nate and Kid based from head pe Ypes here at Louder than Life. Yeah, baby, and I. Very rarely have a break before the headliners to wander out. Today had like a half an hour that happened to be during your set, so good timing. I buzzed out, caught a few minutes. I was like, yeah, because I love to see the sets of the bands I'm interviewing because I feel like kind of weird, Hey.
34 Did you see our set? That kind of helps to Yes, Yeah, I want to. Say something that happens, you know, like you know, you see something that nobody else saw and you could talk about. It in the airth you talking to an actor and you've never seen their show. Now you said something about my shirt, and I told nobody would talk about dope. So at rock Klahoma, I was interviewing the Oxymorons Nice and during the interview I was like, man, I dig your shirt, and he goes, you want it because I want your shirt. I was wearing a Rocklahoma shirt. He goes, I can get a million of ease. I can't get that Rock to Home's tight. We we literally exchange shirts during the interview.
18 That's a quality exchange, right, yep. And we were both fucking sweaty as fuck. Oh yeah, of course it was like one hundred degrees. Shops are probably crazy, So yeah, that's how I got this shirt. Nice. I like it. I'm a Melanie punk, so I think it goes in and end. There you go, let's hear what he has to say. How do you feel being here a loud Yeah? See, you're having a good time right now because you can chill out. You know, we were talking about that before. People don't get it, man, Like, first of all, bands are normal people. Second of all, you're out there fucking performing and you get off and it's like you want to just go in the chill zone, like you're already up there being extroverted when you don't not only extroverted, so then you go back to being yourself and can just chill out.
04 And that's what this is about. Yeah, it was an early show for us, so you know, it's kind of cool to get it over with and just kick it for the rest of the day. Yeah, and now you got the rest of the day that fun. Who are you guys gonna go see today? Well we actually got a bounce pretty soon. We can't even stay for anybody. Oh that's a bum. But if we did stay, we would stick around for a Gojira corn all that shit. Like we genuinely just love this environment, like we love to be here. But because we're also in the middle of a tour, we got other commitments. We got to keep carrying on. You know, this is this is a stop on. The tour exactly. Yeah, and you really gotta love that life. I think people don't understand it's a hard life, Like until somebody experience, is it. Bro, You have to love it, man. I've always said it's not for everyone, but it's for me.
45 Right when I talk to people about it like it's it is a different version of a life. Like you put all your stuff in a car and you just get in there and you go unpack it every day. Play your thing, sweat, play your heart out, put some emotion in that thing hopefully, and then you can all up and go back again. Oh today, rinse and repeat to your point. My brother says to me, he goes, how you packed for six months? Like minimal? I know you minimal. You pack for like two weeks and then you exactly six months. As minimal as possible, Like why are you wearing the same shirt every week? Because I only have five with me, because that's the one that is today, right. Yeah. And then my daughter, my youngest stored she's come with me to festivals and after the first day, halfway through your first save, she's like, Dad, I don't know how you do this every week?
32 And I'm done already, and I'm like, I don't know how. I don't. It's definitely becoming like a lost I'm not a lost art band, still freaking tour, but it's like the ability to just get down and really grind it out and like put everything all your little things aside and just deal with people for months on end. It's impressive, Like if you can actually still do that, it's kind of a dying craft. Yeah, in order to just be like a fit in type musician. I don't know. So who your favorite Star Wars character? I'm only doing that. So wearing this show, I got you. Yeah, Han Solo, I know I'm wearing the guy that put him in carbonite, but like I'm wearing a Boba fet shir, but Han Solo is the guy. Oh so you were like not very loyal to Han Solo than wearing that shirt? Right?
19 I mean I liked the property. That's all that is there? You go. Yeah, Boba fest tied as hell. Absolutely, I like him. If he wasn't trying to put my boy up in carbonite for a bounty, i'd like him more good. So, are you gonna do him after Shock too? Right? Yes? We are? Yeah, I show the tour. Have you done After Shock before? I have not? I don't think have you? I don't think so. If you're gonna do one for the final, that's the final that I love. That festival awesome and good to hear talk about chilling. That one's way more chill because the area is a media artist lounge where it's a little more intimate, open bar and everybody's hanging all day and a whole night, you know.
00 And I got my mom coming out for that one. That's my hometown show. Nice. I'll have my mom, my stepmom, my fiance will be there. It'd be awesome. So the more intimate the better because it's gonna be a family get down. Last day tour, I get to hug my bros for a couple of days. Oh yeah, no, sayonara. And then those people there too, those fans like the Aftershock. They're like some of the most dedicated festival things. Yeah, I was raising Sacramento. They're called Sacramaniacs for a reason exactly, that's for sure. Oh yeah, So what is here's a good one. What's the worst interview question somebody ever asked you? Or you worst? I can't even think of the worst one. That's good. I mean, somebody didn't say something stuck out in your mind.
41 That we were like, oh, I don't have a real answer for that right now. I like that. I can't think of one that was like trying to think of the bubble. So anything to have them with Bubba. No, I don't know. I don't have a real answer. I think my worst question is what's my best Star Wars character? That's fair, that's fair. I deserve that, shure. It was like totally, it was awesome. It was great. But we haven't had a bad question honestly, Like he's been super respectful, like not caught off guard. I haven't experienced that in my time in the band. For sure. If you were to share a good or bad story that when you're like eighty, you're gonna talk about, what would it be in your whole musical journey. Cat Cafe with Kid Base here in Prague. We got out and Prague is just we've all talked about it.
24 It's our favorite European city. Like just the vibe is really cool, architecture is amazing. And then when you get out, we saw muskrats I think right like right off the top just by the park area. Wow. And we found a cat cafe. Him and I both have cats. So we go to this cat cafe and it's literally that you walk in cats hanging around. He got a cake and a coffee, I got like some tea and we just sat there with and had cats. Come up and do their little cat thing on us and like love on us. It was tight, It was cool. Oh my door would love that. She's obsessed like I took her to the Netherlands for new This is nice too. And there you have a cat museum. There a museum of cats, a cat music. You gotta check that out, Kurt in Amsterdam. That cat museum. It is pretty cool too, you walk, guys, it's pretty cool to museum.
15 I know, right, we have a feline species. Pretty deep. Yeah, So tell people how they can buy your merch. Check out your socials, all that good stuff. I mean, all the socials are here. Look up the real head Pee on Instagram, Facebook, headp. We're on all the major streaming platforms. Merch store. You can find us right now on sub Noise. But we're creating another merch site, the headpemerch dot com is going to be the thing, I think, so keep an eye out for that. But other than that, come see us in some shows. Come rock out with us. It's the way to go. Oh yeah, you guys, see you guys live man, because you throw down. That is badass. You throw it down, you bad ass. Set today here at LOWERD than life and I'm thankful I got to see part of it. And thanks for being on the Avengers A pipe Man, appreciate you, Bie Man.
