0:04 Hey, you lunt you here censure. For sew crazy you. This is pipe Man here on the Avengerance pipe Man W four c Y Radio and I'm here. With Mikey Fight from with Dan Christian. This is Tim David John Pat. I love how y'all guys all say it too like it's great. It shows all your different influences into your music. Yeah, just by that, just that, just that tells me everything.

0:47 We don't even have to do the rest. We loved your name. We were looking at our emails and it said the pipe Man. I was like, dude, we gotta go give this guy the pipe right right. See now you have to have my logo on your neck, okay, right above the mic. That's I actually be on your head, right above the bike. I'll tell you what. The next the next ink you can come to if you get us, you get to come announce us on stage. I'll get it. I'll get a pipe man tattoo and I'll. Do it all right, He'll have the mic man and then the pipe Man. Yeah, I love it. Pipe Man. You guys are on it, and I do want to talk about your mic. Yeah, but how do you talk into that mic if it's going up to your brain. So I constantly think to myself, so it gets it in here, right, Yeah, I got like there's like thirty four people.

1:28 There's at least thirty four people that live up here. So is that all? Oh yeah, I have more than that. Oh I couldn't take it now. But so this is like basically a symbolization of that I stopped doing drugs a long time ago. So I got an intro. I got like intravenious needle going down. Like, oh right, that's cool. Yeah he just came up with that on the spot, of. Course he did. Yeah, but that's what makes it great. So I also love your guys' shirts. Like, so I heard you guys talking a little bit before I was here at Burban Beyond, and I think you guys were here too, because this is what you guys did when you played Bourbon Beyond last week. Okay, I gotta find it, but uh well, we'll talk about But I love how it says country heavy, so.

2:15 You definitely belong at Bourban Beyond. Okay, you could have been like right before fish. Yeah, dude, could you imagine? I feel like it worked really well. Yeah, it was so funny because I was out there at Fish I was like, I was telling my bros, I want to start moshpit and they're like, yeah no. And then I'm looking at everybody tripping on acid and shrooms. I'm like, they look like they're in moshpit, but just not touching each. Other, non contact mashing right right, flagmshing, They're just grabbing flags from each other. Oh, so this is what happens when you put your band on Bourbon beyond.

2:58 Oh my, that's that Ferris wheel over there. Oh yeah, actually we should just play on that. Yeah, that's what you. I want a band to do that. There's just behind our stage that you could get on with your bass while we're playing. I swear to God, right right, say that into the mic, I. Said, think it's a whole new meaning of ride the lightning. That should have been during a Metallica sept for sure. Yeah. Okay, So, speaking of which, what do you think of my eighties battle vest. That's from the eighties, so killing it. So much so that Slayer didn't even have a patch yet.

3:39 So I just did that. It's almost like, but oh it's mine from the eighties. Yeah. I was at slayers first show ever. Metallica's first show ever. That was probably after the first Slayers show. So do you have another one or is this just your squeeze? I don't use it anymore. I use it now for interviews. Actually, I had in my closet for like many many years, and then I pulled it out for my grandson. Yeah, and I'm like, good idea to bring this thing to interviews. Yeah, talking point because listen, you can tell I've been in a few pits. It's been way a battle vest for sure. Right, this one used to be amazing, and I have blood on here, what speak of doing stupid ship like going on a ride or something.

4:29 They're gonna be an aftershock, no way. Yeah. But they're calling it like a tribute because it's not Billie Belando, but it's scott Ian, it is Danny Loker, it's Scott's son played drums who played. That's gonna be a that's gonna be a really good tribute then, and it's a Tribune quote unquote from Atpriy is singing, Oh. Jimmy Jo, Yeah, that's crazy. Let's have the same. I can't wait. That's gonna be awesome actually. Because really, s O D should be canceled in twenty twenty five. No oh no, no, we don't need to talk about that, you know it that day. No, they wouldn't, They would not fly these days probably, But it was just said.

5:09 It is funny that when mister Bungle plays, speak English or die, yeah, but when they do it in the States, they're like, speak Spanish or die yep. But then I saw that grasp pop and they were like, speak Flemish or. Die, speak Flemisher Die. It's amazing. That's such a Mike Patton thing to do. I know, right, So what brought you to Louder than Life? Not your tour bus or your band or anything, but how do we get here? How do you end up at lowerd than Life? I will look give that's a mikey for that one. Okay, So all right, so we were there. I was just sitting there on my couch actually, and then oh, I was doing agent work and then I saw this. I saw this, Oh, like stages, this new the new stage was getting added. I was like, there's more bands coming out, and I was like, I'm gonna fucking get a hold of John right. And then not even twenty minutes later, dude, not only Twenty minutes later, dude calls me and he's like, Yo.

6:05 What's up. And I was like, hey, man, I was just gonna call you and he's like, oh, I got you. You guys want to play louder. I'm like right, He's like yeah, and he's like, dude, I'm excited to call you. Guys I've seen him. And he was like, dude, because I was I do agent stuff and I was talking talking about getting some of my bands on or whatever, and I was like, not even conflict with the interest, man, I'd love to give these guys some opportunities, you know. What I mean. I'm not even worried about fight. And he's like, but I like fight. Nice. I also want to talk about this song that I fucking absolutely love Full Send. Okay, oh my god, that's such a badass song. Now, how did that clab happen?

6:46 So we wrote that with It was me, David and Patty and Pablo Vivos. There is a song by a band called Distinguisher that just started off with this sick two step that we were all listening too, and we were like, we got to write a song that just goes right into a two step and doesn't stop, right, So that's what we did. We came up with it and then me and him and him just went upstairs for like two or three hours just wrote ridiculous lyrics. By the way, also dead defall the song Major Rager. Oh and Decayne Decayne with the Boys by Eaton. I was actually writing a party song with my other band at the time, without Gravity, and I was like, oh man, let's do.

7:27 Like a song which is like chug chug chug. And the whole song was just born, like Mikey said, in like two hours, and it just went really quickly. It was amazing, very organic process. I love it. Go ahead. It was the first song that we did. We made it super fast. We re released it d I Y and got hit an editorial. It was wild. It was our first editorial we ever had. Are you Are you asking about the new version that we did the collab with Saving Advice where we switched it when we did the vocal cover of each song. Yeah, okay, that's because you said how the colab had right, yes, oh yeah, so. You could go all that other information. It's good good too, right right right? Yeah? Yeah, So the collab Saving Vice or our Homies and we did their song Trauma Suba and they did Full Send.

8:13 And it's just like honestly artists in general. Man, if you think about it, if you're an artist and you have thirty thousand listeners and your friends had forty thousand listeners, well, if you collab on a song and drop it at the same time on both your platforms, well it's basically cheating, man. You know what I mean. You're not only is it going to all your guys, it's going to all their guys. So all the streams you're getting are coming to both of you, not just one side. Right. In our case, we did two songs where they both came to both of us and within the first five days we were at like fifteen thousand streams before. Between both songs. I love it, and then one of them actually hit an editorial.

8:54 Too, Oh I love it. I gotta tell you something. First did it was the one we did. I got about your vape here? It was the one we did. Robbie, are you. Giving me flashbacks of Bourbon Beyond right here? And the Fish show on the vape as the most psychedelic vape I've ever seen? You should like put that in your light show of your live show here at Louder than Life. To be honest with you, I'm actually about done smoking vapes. I'm I think five. Years cigarette free good for you. And I went a year without smoking anything and then no, and then I was going through something and I was like, I'm gonna go smoke. I almost bought a peg of cigarettes and I'm like, Noah, so I grabbed the vape and then smoking them. But I'm almost done with these anyways too, because.

9:38 It's pretty gross. I think the words I was a Marlboro Red smoker for thirty six years and nose make me choke. I'm not. I'm not even gonna lie the vabe thing. Man, I smoked cigarettes from fourteen years old to twenty five, and from Newports to Cowboy Killers, and as soon as I switched to that I could breathe better, I run farther. So the thing about it is that I think logistically, right off the bat, they're better for you. But the problem with vapes is that they're super easy to become extremely violently addicted to, so much so that like my girlfriend, she wakes up in the middle of the night, she's not even half She's like half asleep, she hits her vape and she falls asleep again, just lets it fall exhales.

10:22 That's how insanely addicted you can get to vapes because you do it anywhere you want, anytime you want. It's just like logistically is yeah, yeah, yes, exactly, the flavors and stuff. That's true too. You don't even really know how good they are for you. You're technically you're still Yeah. I'm still doing this and I croak. I don't care there. Yeah, I mean I think there's there's positives and negatives to both. I smoke cigarettes and I vape. So I'm done. There die right, So I'm done. And I love that you have a New York Mets Bucky shirt. That's what it looks like a buster. See I didn't see the bomb part, but it looks like it's buff BUCkies. Yeah, yeah, we're all big BUCkies.

11:04 Look, you guys do a show at BUCkies. Well like silly silly goose. Yeah, there you go. I love those guys. Oh yeah, I was wearing a shirt with Jackson slug shot the other day. I think I was. All right. So tell everybody how they can reach out to you. Check your songs out, check your tour dates out, buy your merch. They can't. Lit'sten my show and let's say buy your so listen that. Yeah, they should do that. Yeah, you can buy our merch. Everything's listed on our website. Fight from Within and Why. Fight from Within dot Com is the website. Fight from Within and Why is on the socials. You can find us on any streaming platform. And honestly, if you're on Instagram or Facebook and you haven't seen our reels with people getting the shit kicked out of them and then our music popping in, you're missing I don't know how you could be missing them. Honestly, that's a beautiful thing.

11:50 They yeah, check that out. Yeah, those things that we had, we had, we've had. Over the last three weeks, we've had five videos reach over six point four million views, So it's wild. Holy Yeah, that's awesome. That's what it's about, dude. You hit those viral videos, man, and people dig them. You got something going on there, but that's because you're a badass, bad badass musicians. Thank you. I love that you're here at lud in Life and thanks for being on the Adventures of Pipe Man. Absolutely, I hope we gave you the pipe Man. Let's all you're looking forward to. You gave me the pipe. Thank you, Thank you for listening to the Adventures of Pipe Man on w for CUI Radio.
