0:04 Hey, you lunto censure. W SE wow, crazy young. This is the pipe Man here on the Adventures pipe Man W four c Y Radio, and I'm. Here with Attack Attack. That's right. I like how you said it. That was cool with it. That's why I have bands do it. Bands do it way cooler than I do, and then I don't fuck it up. He's right there you go. So I understand you did a country set here at Louder in Life, right.
0:45 Yeah, yeah, definitely, yeah, totally. You actually played Burbon and Beyond last week your country set, and then you played here at Louder Than the Lone. Yeah. We brought off the banjos and it was crazy. Yeah. So I want to know if your one hit wonder is something to do with like your rock and alcohol and women. Definitely could be. Yeah, depending on how you look at it. Dog's dying, Red truck, Big old dog. Don't forget the red Solo cup, right, you need that. You should, That's what you should do. You should make merch that a red solo cup. It's like the Crown jewel, right, it is the red Solo Cup. I like that. So I do remember that whole joke that you guys pulled and that was funny at shit because everybody really believed it and they got upset. That's what I was gonna say. They got so upset with it.
1:35 Oh my god, that was great. We've always said what'sel would make a great villain? Yeah, so we turn them into one. There you go. Great. Yep, So we gonna do for your next trick, like do you do that shit all the time. A magician never reveals ex secrets exactly. But you're dressing it up. You got the bass, pro shops, he's got the brooks and done. I think you should just want time get up on stage and do a whole country set and just let people look up at go. We did talk about doing something like that where Wetzel comes up on stage with his whole get up and we start that version of dance and then the rest of us run up there and be like no, no, no, no, what are you doing? Do you get out of here?
2:17 And then he changes real quick, and then we start to say we did talk about it. I like it. We give him the vaudeville hook right right from back in the day. Come on, buddy, get. I love it. I love it. So yeah, you're finishing your tour right here at Louder Than Life. And what I always want to know from a band, is it better to finish the tour at festival or is it like, oh, we just want to finish the tour now we gotta do a festival. Well it first off, it depends on the festival. But here at Louder than Life is an excellent way to end the tour on a high note. Everybody's there, they're partying, we're having a good time, we're meeting people, we're having fun. And this is your first time at louder Yes, that's correct. Okay, you've done other Wimmer festivals, Yeah, how does this one compare?
3:04 I have never been to Allowder than Life before or played one, obviously, but I seriously underestimated this. I think all of Wimmer's festivals are fantastic, don't get me wrong, but coming in here and then seeing the amount of people who are here is it's unbelievable. The loud bouths take shit, seriously. That's right, I'm telling you. They opened gates at ten Wimmer festivals. Never do that, right, because so many people were gonna be coming in. Yeah, they flooded in and it's crazy out there. And then the amuseum park, like, how cool is that? Yeah, I didn't know that there was gonna be an amusement park aspect to this too. I love it. I love roller coasters. And our buses parked right by the roller coaster. So I'm watching it and I'm gonna hop the fence. I was like, ah, I was like, I want to get on, but if I did right now after we got done playing, I was like, I probably wouldn't do so hot.
3:51 Right There'll be some coasters you. Should have probably played from the roller coaster. How cool would that? That's a sick idea. And then I'm gotta show you something from last week when you guys played your country set. I gotta find it, but I'll talk while I find it. But you're gonna die over this picture. You're lucky to be here this week after this picture. But what I do want to say is like I want to ask out Danny Wimmer treats artists. How do you feel Danny Wimmer treats you got that's a ten festivals. Just it caters to the artists and you feel comfortable and you don't really have to like search for a whole lot. It's they take care of you from start to finish.
4:31 Yeah, the attention to detail, snacks in the green room, I really thought of everything and to make it as convenient and as easy as possible for us. To get around and to do our jobs. So I really appreciate them. And see I love hearing that. In sixteen years of doing Wimmen festivals, I've never heard anybody say an artist say anything bad about wimmor And that's rare. As good as it gets. Yeah, it's usually loaded soundcheck. It's so stressful and then by time you get up on stage and it's like you're all stressed out here. You can like just be chill and then give us the best performing Curtis. The DVP fest are just like st here. They're like the best ones. They set the standard for sure.
5:14 No doubt. So that was last week. That's that Ferris wheel right there. Now, I see why Cameron doesn't like the heights right right, you just want to get struck by lightning. I'll tell you another funny story that happened. We have no audience, mister Joey Sturgis, come on in, Yeah, say hello joe. Hello people of the Internet. Love it legend. So I got great story for you too. Last night, I was going to see Hollywood Undead, so I went through with my friends from Dead. We went through Artists, caught a shuttle, went over to Dead, and then on the way back there was this girl there. We had no clue how to get back here, and so we're like, yeah, just come with us, and I got friendly with her.
6:06 She was cool. Turns out she's why your guests. It turns out she lives like five minutes from me. Whoa, yeah, trip Jaden. She's got like reddish hair. He's shaking his head. Oh you know, yeah yeah, Cameron. Yeah, So it was funny. She's like, oh yeah, attack Attack, And I'm like, oh yeah, I'm talking to them tomorrow. Cool. Oh well you guys rule man and thank you. I want to hear about what made you come back, what made you make this new great music, and how it's being received. Fucked with them.
6:49 We're just out here having a good time. We want to bring an element of fun to our music and to our live shows obviously, so we're just out here, we're doing it, we're laughing, we're having a good time. I want to hear from him what he has. Yeah, Joey, let's hear about it. Yeah, what do you have to say? What's will? Send me a demo on the email and it was amazing, and I was like, I want to make the song and he wanted me to make it too. So we both made love musically musical love, consensual music love. Were you doing it to country music? No, this is before that whole fiasco, which I encouraged by the way.
7:29 I loved it. I thought it was the greatest thing ever man like that it was. I love the fact that crabcre is a word that people understand is insane, and you should use that to your advantage for as long as it'll last. Maybe you should make up a new one now, like call it like oystercore or something. What's the allergy? The shell shell fish? Shellfish shellfish core, That's what it is. That's what you guys are. And now what I want you all to do is make your best shellfish sound. Oh, we're gonna do it, do it right now, clicking it crack.
8:10 I don't know, I feel like the shelfing they go, they go like right, or like that was little that was perfect? You know that? And that's why we're going shellfish. Core after this. There you go. You heard it here on the Avengers and Pipe Man. They're officially now shellfish corps were changing there. They're all gonna dress up on stage as different types of shellfishes, crustaceans, that's yes. And they're gonna play Haba the Gila. Yeah, that's actually perfect right there, it is. We came up with the whole new that's the next thing. That's the next thing. Yeah. See at the next festival. We got to get him in the studio, right, let's do it. He's got the ideas.
8:51 Anything else you want to tell the listeners before we go that they need to know that wasn't lizard, Lizard, that's all we got, Lizard that I love you. We love you too. We love that you're here at later in life, and we love that you're on the Adventures of pipe Man. Thank you, Thank you, Deane, appreciate you, thanks for having us. Thank you for listening to the Adventures of Pipe Man on w for c u I Radio.
