Opinion

Your domain name does not instill confidence (as they are less than $20 a year and you can purchase one, and point it at your weebly site). For the record, I'm not sure what an Expat is (ex-veteran?) So I'm not sure what a virtual expects. The other larger issue is you have aseriousPopping P's (plosive) issue that can be very easily fixed by getting a windscreen or a popfilter for your microphone and work on your mic technique. With so many podcasts to listen to, you can't have audio that is this annoying. You have probably 8-20 pops in the first few minutes. For me, that's a deal breaker. It is way to easy to fix with $5-$20 worth of gear and 10 minutes practicing.
