In June 2025 I finally found a way to do exercise in a way that helped me and that I enjoyed.

But there’s still something missing. I have resources for courses and programs I want to incorporate into that movement plan. How do I schedule these?

I need a deadline!

So during November 2025, I’m doing a 30 day podcast challenge (National Podcast Post Month) to talk my way through all of this. Hopefully by the end of the month I’ll have a good idea on what I can do next.
