Too stressed to listen to podcasts

Too stressed even to listen to music

Except I did try to listen to my ‘breathing space’ playlist, but there wasn’t enough time

I feel ridiculous for whining about this, given the fact that other people have a lot more stress on their plate with war, bereavement, poverty, racism, bigotry, sexism, etc.
