In this episode, I sit down with Adam Haidary:
Adam Haidary spent seven years in Law Enforcement, two of those years he was a full-time training Sergeant. This experience became the basis for the companies that Adam would build. He is the CEO of PolicePosts, the world's largest training platform for police on Instagram. PolicePosts (@policeposts) focuses on education and training for police officers and the public through real-world incidents.
Adam is also the founder and CEO of Effective Fitness Training. The goal of Effective Fitness Training is to “create effective police officers by optimizing performance through education, science driven fitness and combatives.” Adam and his team help police and first responders train to be above the standard when it comes to fitness and case law knowledge.
AFTER the episode:
On The Blue Line was founded and is operated by active-duty law enforcement to fulfill the mission of providing guidance, resources and community for law enforcement officers and first responders in their off-duty lives.
