Ken Williams and Elizabeth Woning were encouraged to find out they both had similar testimonies of coming to God after wrestling with same-sex attraction. They started meeting regularly, and as a result, founded Equipped to Love, a ministry that offers biblical support to people with same-sex attraction. Williams fought suicidal tendencies, and Woning attended seminary as openly gay while training to become a pastor.
