Loved daughters and dialogues episode!

Hilary always reminds us that we ALL have the power to force needed change. This is so important as we move through every stage of our lives.
And as a mother with daughters the sooner I can give them those life skills the better! Love her methods and of course I sent it to my heart broken daughter in hopes she can relaunch sometime soon!?
