My name is Claudia Miles. I am a mother of two autistic daughters. I am a proud board member of The Selah Wellness Group in Houston, Texas, a non-profit organization which provides mental health aid to so many who are financially unprivileged. Autism falls under the so many umbrellas of mental conditions and my goal is to help autism parents find time and activities for self-care.
