Gary Mitchell

Gary Mitchell —68 yrs old
Born and raised in Simsboro, Louisiana. Married to Bonita Powell Mitchell for almost 47 yrs this coming August 26. Been together for almost 50 yrs. We have two sons Garrett and Gavin. One son deceased Gabriel at the age of 5 from a rare nerve disease. At the time of his diagnosis there were only 300 cases in the United States. I am a member of Place Of Change Jonesboro (Pastors Percy and Diedre Joe)where Bonita and I serve as Elders. I went to work the Monday after I graduated on a Friday and did factory work for 46 years before retiring from IIG. I now work at Spring Market in Grambling, Louisiana. I don’t consider it as work but an opportunity to share the good news of God. I enjoy spending time with my wife and family, sitting on my porch.
