We Have Work To Do

Join me, Alison Elizabeth as we read out of 1 Chronicles 28:20 which says "David also said to Solomon his son, “Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you until all the work for the service of the temple of the LORD is finished."

"But today’s verse isn’t about resting, today’s verse was the perfect verse for this Wednesday morning! We are half way through the week and we have word to do. So do the work. Don’t be afraid, don’t be discouraged, because even when you are tired, even when you want to rest your eyes, God is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you. We gotta keep doing to the work.

Like I said in yesterday’s prayer. We are all doing His work and it’s so important for us to understand that even when we are tired, or even when we are scared, we know we can be strong and courageous in Him."
