a great listen, + a guide on what to watch

I have been listening to working it out for about a year now. Not only do I love the premise of peeling the curtain back on the comedic process, but Mike Birbiglia also has great taste. The only trouble is, I want to watch something by almost every guest. Through the show, I have found Hanna Gatsby (I know, where have I been), just started watching “Hacks” (meta in itself), “Russian Doll,” and more.
The show itself can be so a therapeutic listen, especially during the pandemic era episodes. Birbiglia brings a lot of compassion to his guests and his audience.
I am a comedy fan (comedy nerd adjacent) who is interested in process. I love hearing comics hang out and help each other write jokes!
