Matt McLean owns a business that many might be familiar. He is the founder of Uncle Matt's. They specialize in making organic juices and organic teas that are made at his facility in Florida. Uncle Matt talks about how he went from a perspective of wanting to do something else outside of Florida to ending up owning a business that is very common to Floridians. Uncle Matt also tells the story of how he stayed very active with the company after stepping away from CEO duties, but wound up back in that position again after a few years.
