I am Sara and I am an Intuitive Health & Life Coach, Spiritual Mentor & Healer.

​I help women like you lose weight naturally by teaching easy and delicious recipes, giving you the tools and techniques right for your body type from one of the most ancient sciences of all time-Ayurveda- and teaching you the exact steps I took to free myself from physical and emotional pain.

​I am originally from Italy and I have been living on the Central Coast California since 2014.

I love traveling and seeing new places -I love adventures and if you are a Sagittarius or know one, then you understand! - Following the wind… that is how I ended it up over here, far away from home. Don’t get me wrong, I speak in Italian to my son every day, love my culture, miss my family, friends, and country, but I am happy where life took me.

Look at me now, living the California Dream! Never thought to end it up here but California captures me with its beautiful diversity of culture and innovation open-mindedness.

I am inspired to live a holistic lifestyle for myself and my family...always searching new natural herbal remedies, reading about plants, plant- based food recipes and how to nurture the mind, body, and spirit.

I believe Mother Nature provides us with everything we need to live a healthy lifestyle and believe we all have the power to heal ourselves.

I live following the rules of Ayurveda according to my body type. In my blog, I share some recipes that I use for me and my family. I make my own ointments and body butters and you will find some of that as well.

When I am not spending time with my kids and husband, working with clients or on my blog, you will find me hiking in nature, painting or playing guitar.
