This book breaks down self-love, mental health, and what forgiveness means. The mental health portion talks about a woman accusing her husband of cheating, and the entire time it’s her. She is a mother of one beautiful daughter, a former basketball college player, a youth motivation speaker, and a sports trainer of an incorporation called "Truth In The Youth.""
