It's important to learn how to swim and teach your kids to swim. Water is needed for our bodies to heal and grow. We need to drink water everyday. We need water to wash our bodies, cook food, animals need water and also to help things grow. Yes it is beautiful to see the blue oceans, gorgeous rivers and breathtaking lakes. But water can also be scary and deadly. Drowning is a very legitimate fear, especially for people who do not know how to swim or who are not very good at swimming. What happens if you fall in the water unprepared?. What happens if you are swimming and you get too tired? The benefits of swimming are endless, and your child should learn to swim as early as possible. According to the National safe kids campaign, drowning is the second leading cause of unintentional injury-related death to children ages 1 through 14. Swimming is also an incredible workout for the entire body. But we really need to know how to swim. Have you ever heard of Flip, Float, Follow guidelines of swimming drowning? Flip on your back, Float on your back, and Follow the course of safety rules. So join me and my co-host guest Giggles to talk about how important it is to learn how to swim and make sure you teach your kids how to swim.
