日本を旅行した時、町で猫を見かけませんでしたか？ 実は、あの猫には「名前」があって、「担当の人間」がいるかもしれません。

野良猫じゃないの？　飼い猫でもないの？ そう、日本には「地域猫」という、ちょっと不思議な文化があります。今日は、そんな地域猫のお話です。
