Get ready for some holiday baking! This pan is the key to a crust that comes out great every single time! Using a great recipe is important as well.
Here is mine :
1 1/2 c unbleached flour
pinch of salt
1 1/4 stick of softened butter
1 egg yolk
1 egg
Break butter into flour and salt.
Add egg and egg yoke mix quickly by hand shaping dough into a ball .
Roll out between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and transfer to pan.
Bake 350 until done but still light in color.
