1/4 c flour
1/5 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
Ic oats, old fashioned or quick lc dark brown sugar 1/2 c white sugar
1c butter (2 sticks), softened
2T honey
2t vanilla extract
It cinnamon pinch of nutmeg
2 eggs lc raisins or butterscotch chips
1/2c chopped pecans (omit for butterscotch)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients

Add butter and break into small pieces
Add eggs,, honey and vanilla mixing to smooth dough by hand
fold in raisins and pecans.

Scoop onto a parchment lined sheet pan leaving space between for spread. For a small scoop I do 8 x 6 on a half sheet pan. (Can freeze at the point )

Bake until no longer wet in the center Begin checking at about 8 minutes depending on size.
