1 bag organic frozen spinach defrosted, squeezed dry
Juice or half lemon
2T fresh dill or 1T dried dill
1/2c feta cheese with herbs
1/2c cream cheese, whipped
1/4c parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Mix well
1 stick butter melted
1 sheet fill dough defrosted
Lay out 1 sheet of filo dough
Brush with melted butter
Fold in half and add 1-2T filling
Fold like a flag
Bake 375 until golden brown
