Pumpkin filling

14 oz pumpkin puree
1 can condensed milk
1-2 t cinnamon depending on preference
1/2 t nutmeg
1 whole egg
3 egg yolks

Add to a large bowl and gently whisk. Pour into prepared shell (prebaked so it’s not soggy). I used a deep removable tart pan . Bake at 350 until it puffs a bit and center is set . Note fresh pumpkin is not as bright orange as the canned purée.
