2 3/4 cup and bleach flour
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda,
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 cup of softened butter
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Mix by hand . If eggs are small add an additional egg.
Roll into balls and shake in cinnamon sugar mixture.

2T sugar
1T cinnamon
Once all balls are rolled and coated in cinnamon sugar place on a sheet pan with parchment paper and freeze. Once completely frozen add to a Ziploc bag mark with the name and place back in freezer. To bake them take out the frozen balls. Preheat the oven at 3:50 and bake until puffy.
