Try Chef Marla's Tomato Jam with fresh bread!
2 1/2 pounds of tomatoes cored and crushed
1 1/2 c sugar
3T fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 T fresh grated ginger
1 1/2 t cumin
1/2t cinnamon
1/2t salt
1 guallio pepper chopped
in a sauce pot bring to a boil reduce to simmer . Simmer approx 30 minutes or until thick. spread on bread, vegetables etc Enjoy !
