Day 5 Sourdough starter. You should see bubbles but it may not have doubled in size yet. I am adding 5g rye flour to boost the fermentation but it is not necessary. Our starter is getting hungrier so we will feed it every 12 hours or so. 6am and 6pm or whatever works in your schedule. until it doubles within 12 hours .
