Day 3 feed your starter . In a clean jar add big spoonful on your ferment that you have been making . Don’t worry if you don’t see bubbles yet .

Add 60 g water and 60 g flour cover mark your starting point and keep warm about 77 degrees .

We are looking to see how much it rises and how quickly . As it becomes more active we will only need to feed it the day before we make our bread dough because it is so active 😊
