Although it is not my preferred lame it is a traditional one that works great .
The dough whisk has a short sturdy handle I really like
Cleaning brush is really helpful to brush flour from the proofing basket

Dough cutter which is otherwise known as a bench scraper is a must . It is nice and sturdy.
Proofing basket : nice quality maybe a little small for larger dough yields.
overall this is a good deal
