Protein Cookie Dough :
2 scoops of protein powder
1/4-1/2 c liquid (almond milk, lime juice etc)
Adjust until you get a cookie dough consistency then fold in chopped nuts, coconut, dried fruit, etc.
Protein Cake
1 banana, mashed
1egg
1 scoop protein powder
mix and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes
Optional: add peanut butter, chocolate chips, nuts, fruit
Wonder Whip
3/4 C full-fat Greek Yogurt
1 scoop Protein Powder
1-2T Almond milk or other liquid
Vigorously whip until light and fluffy. Enjoy!
Protein Cookie
2/3 cup nut butter of choice
1/2 cup protein powder, vanilla (64g)
1/2 c brown coconut sugar or sweetener of choice
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips, optional
Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. They do not spread so shape them flat before baking
Protein Ice Cream
2 frozen overripe bananas
1/8 cup almond butter, or allergy-friendly sub
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1/8 tsp salt
Protein Brownies
1c mashed bananas (2 large ripe bananas)
1/3 c almond butter
1/3 c cocoa powder (Hershey's Special Dark)
1t vanilla
1T Raw Honey
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
Using a mixer blend until smooth then bake at 350 until done in the center. It was 10 minutes using a brownie square pan.
